Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed at Berkshire Apartments. We accept most common domestic pets, such as cats and dogs. All pets require a one-time fee of $250 per pet plus additional monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. We allow a maximum of two pets per household with a weight limit of 60lbs per pet. Exotic, vicious and/or dangerous animals are not permitted.

So after been given the run around online I kept calling there office end leaving messages. I had some questions that I wanted answered before I finished my app but no one would get back to me but best believe the moment they denied my app from not have THE PERFECT CREDIT SCORE but remind you I was way over the income requirements and had lived at my prior residence for 11 years with an amazing referral along with amazing employment referrals , they had no issue calling me the very second they sent a denial ! This place is a joke .

Do Not Move Here I'll Tell You Why They Do Not Let You View The Property Before You Get It. Maintance Does Not Fix The Issues. My Apartment The Neighbors Up Stairs Overflowed There Toliet 3 Times And Feces Landed On My Head In The Shower. Then Maintance Fixed It By Nailing A Board Into The Ceiling To Cover The Hole And Applied Plaster And Paint. The Bath Tub Was Covered In Mold I Made Them Aware Of It And They Never Fixed It. They Just Put A White Strip On The Bath Tub To Cover It To Hide It. Ok Problems Were Cheaply Fixed Yes Fixed Temporarily. Then Same Problems Occurred Again Pictures Don't

I have really my stay at Berkshire Apartments, since moving here a few months ago.
The apartments are well maintained, and the location is very convenient for shopping because the complex is located acroos the street from Stonefield Mall and Costco. Also, as a student, getting to school is easy beacsue the bus stop is only five minutes from here (in the Stonefield Mall shopping area).
The best thing about living here, though, is the staff. They are all really friendly, and I felt welcome from the first day I moved in.

I've lived in a 2 bedroom at Berkshire for a year now - the apartments are a little dated, but the kitchens have clearly been well maintained and the master bedroom is spacious. I'll take an older unit any day of the week considering how good the service has been. The management here is by far the best I've experienced with apartment complexes. I've never sent in a maintenance request without receiving a same-day response from Mar, and Kenny is super friendly and always has a smile and a greeting for residents. He's very patient when I ask for assistance with little things the staff at bigger complexes

I'm not sure this place even deserves one star. I was shown the leasing office and told that I wouldn't be able to see an actual unit because someone was current in it, but I was assured that the unitwas the exact same and getting upgrades. I was trying to secure my room from another state so I decided to trust them (huge mistake). The wooden floors that were bragged about looked as though a roller derby had been skating on it for several decades. There were exposed wires that were not addressed but simply had paint thrown on top of them. There were doors that wouldn't shut and the walls were basically
