If you call Edward's Insurance at anytime they are there to answer your questions. Anytime we have need them we have been taken care of within the same day. Recently we had an emergency and Yvonne even had to call Katie the owner while on vacation. That was really amazing......well I was screaming like a banshee!

Unbeatable customer service! I really appreciate having a live person I can go to with questions and even stop by the office if need-be. Everyone at Edwards is always very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. I can’t ask for much more than that!

I have been with Edwards Insurance for many years. I have always worked with Chris on my primary residence, auto insurance and my investment home. Our kids are our of "payroll" so to speak and they also use Chris now for their families. Back when we had high school and college kids we had AAA membership as well, such peace of mind to know AAA was there for them if we couldn't be.Chris is always responsive and very informative.

I contacted this agent per my current insurance company (Erie), I spoke with Chris who took all my information over the phone including my bank information only to not process the policy nor the payment. When I called to address the situation, he transferred the called to Katie who was rude and very unprofessional. What was the purpose of taking my bank information if you were not going to provide me the service?! Very racist company, buyer please be aware. I have to now cancel my information and it’s Christmas..... Edwards insurance thanks, you sure know how to ruin Christmas!!!!

Katie and her staff are great. They are plesant and always professional. I and my family have been a client of Edwards for many years and plan to continue using this insurance company. I believe I get fair rates and great coverage. When I have needed to use the insurance in the past, Erie has been quick to respond and offer assistance to reslove the matter at hand.

My husband and I were frustrated with our homeowners insurance rate increasing yet again. Keep in mind we had been with the same insurance company for over 25 years and NO claims! Anyway, after some research and asking around we were referred to Edwards Insurance in Chicago and gave them a call. They not only saved us several hundreds a year in our annual premium it has was their knowledge of products and overall customer service that sold us. You are not treated like just another quick quote they need to give. They talk with you to truly learn what is in your best interest insurance coverage wise

A friend referred me to the Edwards Insurance agency after I became disillusioned with the constant rate increases ( without ever filing a claim) the company I had at the time was subjecting me to. I found the staff at Edwards to be cordial as well as enlightening , taking time to better educate me on the various nuances of their business ( coverage limits, deductible limits, enhancement endorsements, riders etc) , helping me become a more discerning consumer. This company is the worst! They give the insurance industry is bad name. I dealt with company for 6 weeks trying to get my claim resolved. My experience with this company was a series of unanswered emails and voicemails until I got a supervisor on the phone only to be treated very rudely. I do not know how these people are still in business when they have such terrible customer service.!!!

In an industry where customer service can be abysmal, Edwards Insurance is top notch! The owner of the company, Katie, is very hands on and able to be reached, unlike many other independent agencies. The workers are more than competent, prices are very competitive, and they work with you even if you're strapped for cash. Highly reccommended!

I am very pleased with Erie. I usually don't review insurance companies but I felt that the one hatred-filled review needed balancing.
They have relatively low rates and include competitive car rates with homeowner's policies.
They also will insure second vacation homes which is hard to find.
I have had 3 payouts, 2 were on auto and they waived my deductible on both because we have pretty good records (probably until the 2 claims this year).
They paid a bogus large claim to someone who claimed my dog had bitten them. She did not, according to all witnesses, he ran into her (the dog)

Erie Insurance is beyond believe the worst ever company that i have ever dealt with. I would give them -5 if i could!!
I had an car accident with my neighbor, he was driving wrong way on the street.
And after the claim was filed, i called them 3-4 times a day, and left messages, the agent i was dealt with didn't ever pick up the phone, and not calling back, i eventually get talk to the agent, and she is evaluate that it is word against word, and it's not their responsibility even their insured in driving the wrong way on the one way street.
