At the end of June, we moved into an apartment at College and Crown in New Haven, Connecticut. We have a really nice 2 bedroom/bath with central air, gas stove, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. All appliances are in excellent condition, and the apartment offers large windows, which allow lots of sunlight, and high ceilings. We have a small pet, so the large interior courtyard dedicated to dogs is a real plus. Simply put, we are very happy in new home. Most importantly, though, we could not be more impressed with management and staff; Tania, Sam, Lou, Justin, Rachel, and Johnny are the best

This is a great place to live and I have resided in this complex for about 2.5 years now. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to assist me with any accommodations that I need. Maintenance is also wonderful with requests usually being completed in less than 24 hours. The location is also great as it is close to many restaurants and theaters. The only negative for me is that if you have noisy neighbors, the walls and ceiling don't do a good job of blocking their sound.

I have lived at College and Crown Apartments for 2 1/2 years and absolutely LOVE IT here. The staff is attentive and friendly. They are very quick with completing work orders in a very timely manner. The building is very clean and safe. The best part is the dog area that you do not have to go out to the streets. I highly recommend living here.

Tania and Sam are very nice and professional. The maintenance team is in quick response and fixed my problem. I moved in last week and so far my experience has been great. There’s loud footstep noise from an upstairs apartment occasionally, probably due to poor insulation of the floor, but everything else has been great.

My experience at College and Crown has been terrific! The team here is incredibly helpful and accommodating, and my apartment is very comfortable,! And one of the real pluses here is that Tania, the property manager, and Sam, the leasing agent, really try to create a feeling of community, which is just super! Highly recommended!
