Prior to inquiring w Campo, I have applied at a low-income apt (told me my income was too high) and an average apt (told me my income was too low). I’ve checked few other apts but communication was lacking, and I was getting hopeless. When I entered Campo’s leasing office, I was immediately greeted and assisted by Fatma. I was more impressed they honored their operation hours and was still able to accommodate me few mins before closing. She was very informative w all my questions about the units and application. I kept in contact w Fatma throughout the process and let me tell you, she was always

I have lived here for one and a half years now and I cant complain. During my move-in process, the ladies in the office were great especially Fatma. She is knowledgeable, friendly and so sweet. She makes you feel at home and has answers to all your questions. My issues have been addressed and always sorted with ease. A nice place to live in far from home and if you are looking to move-in......please look no further!!

I have been living here for 1yr now and I can't complain. The apartments are fairly spacious, the management is very understanding and responsive. Maintenance gets their work done on time when needed. I recommend checking them out.

I’ve lived at Campo Basso for almost a year now and I’ve really enjoyed staying here! It’s generally a quiet community (you can’t expect complete quiet when living in an apartment community) and the office has always been helpful when you need them - especially Fatma, she helped us from Day 1! Even throughout COVID, they've stayed on top of it all!

My boyfriend needs a new apartment. He did the process and got approved but then we saw the reviews and they are terrible. Druggies everywhere, hallways smells like smoke etc. The lady working in office wasn't that nice and cuz of Covid the doors are locked at office so I have to call everytime. My boyfriend didn't want to live in a unsafe bad place so he backed out and lost $500. We tried to ask to get his money back but they wouldn't. Never live there. He is so glad he didn't. He rather have a safe apartment to live in. Now we know to read reviews before moving forward.

I lived here for a little less than a year, the unit was great and the staff was responsive and helpful, especially Fatma. Moving in and out was easy. Overall I had a good experience living here.

At first I was skeptical about this place because of the reviews but after researching I decide to risk it and it was the best thing I did. Fatma was great, she answered all my questions, very kind and knowledgeable woman. Overall is a great smoke free apartment complex, apartments are up to date and very spacious, at least the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Nearby Safeway, Walmart and QFC made it even better. Move out was a breeze.

I needed out of my old apartment fast & Fatma at the leasing office was amazing!! She was upfront with everything - prices, fees, amenities, etc. I applied, & it's everything I hoped. I feel very secure here, which I was scared about because off other reviews. But rest assured, they have security on premise and the stairways are inside of each building - which every tenant needs a key to access. The apartment itself is awesome! Small, but cozy and the grey plush carpeting in my unit is perfect as a pet-owner. Thank you, Campo Basso!

While residing at Campo Basso I paid my rent every month without fail.
Upon moving out I passed the inspection with flying colors, except for a soiled spot on the carpet that could have been patched very easily.
I got an estimate for the area to be fixed, $ 275.00
Compo Basso chose to replace the whole living room.
On top of that, they went way beyond the 14 days required by Washington State law.
the law specifically states if a deposit is not paid within the 14 days of my moving out, I am to get my full deposit back, that did not happen.
Compo Basso what they wanted, robbing me of most of

The apartments are okay, Brittney is great. Stayed here short term, nothing fancy, felt safe, no issues. Brittney went above and beyond and was responsive to every need. Would have renewed if I stayed in Washington because it is very difficult finding a good agency to rent from.

Almost everything is wrong with this place. But the biggest problem of all this place is the staff. The major factor of your company/business growth is who you hire. It is the People.
Here at Campo Basso Apartments, the staffs are:
1. extremely rude
2. very unprofessional
3. customer service is at its worst.
4. makes false accusations
Apartments complexes itself:
1. very smelly (the hallways reeks of cigarettes)
2. The whole property is very dirty and old
3. Extremely high crime and fire alarm ringing all the time
4. Very noisy because of the thin walls
5. Amenities are not what it looks like

Took me a minute to leave my review but I just wanted to give a shout out to Britney Monson, the property manager, because she has gone above and beyond helping me get into this apartment and making sure everything was perfect for me when I moved in. Also anything I needed to ask or needed help with she is just so right there. I have never lived in a place that had a better manager and I used to be a manager myself. The grounds are kept nicely. I'm new to this building so I haven't tried the amenities yet but I will do so this summer. I find the building quiet and clean and easy to access

We recently requested to switch apartments because our location was not ideal for our situation. Not only did they let us, the ladies at the office were so helpful and friendly while getting it sorted out (they're probably the best part about management here!). We had originally been planning to shop around elsewhere after our lease was up but we love this spot so much we're thinking about another year or two. We're very happy with everything we got for the price we're paying. Relaxed environment and pretty cozy for being right off the highway.

Terrible place to live, horrible environment, worst experience with the management staff. They will treat you like you're an idiot while they poorly manage their property. When moving out they will overcharge you on everything to keep your deposit.

I have never met so many uneducated, inconsiderate rude people who have worked at a so called office before. I should have known when the girl who was having me sign my application had no idea what words in the application meant that I was moving into a place that was poorly managed. I highly recommend anyone stay away from this place. They are trying to improve this place by claiming they are upgrading things. One note stated they were giving everyone new doors, when really they were just adding an extra panel outside to make it look like it was a new door. I spoke with the contractors myself

This place lacks class all around: from the buildings and finishes, to the tenants and the staff.

Extremely high crime - I had to call the police 6 times over the course of my year long lease and did not feel safe as a young female living alone.

Terrible maintenance and customer service - I have asthma and my bathroom would be filled with smoke from my downstairs neighbors, and I was told that nothing could be done because they weren't breaking any violations.... Really? Isn't it illegal in WA to smoke within 25 feet of a public building? Let alone inside of one?

Low class, section

When you leave the apartment they charge you for everything they can to not give you back the security deposit. They charged us an additional $800 after using our $400 security deposit for "painting" (we didn't do anything to the walls except a few thumbtack holes), cleaning the refrigerator that we already cleaned, replacing the chrome drip pans underneath the stove burners (which we actually made look better than they did when we moved in), and various other things. That's $1200 in total charges. With the amount of money that they charged us you would expect that we trashed
