Liz Smith Pilates
Practicing Pilates regularly will improve your energy level, create strength and flexibility, reduce tension and pain and relax your mind. Liz Smith offers fitness focused instruction in her private, low-key studio in Silverlake. Her mission is to inspire, motivate and connect with her clients. Elizabeth takes the time to evaluate what's going on with my body each week and builds our session to address those needs.

She's very encouraging and has an intuitive gift for knowing how far to push me and when to ease up. I always leave the session feeling stronger and perfectly aligned.
Services
Private sessions are a chance to have one-on-one training with a workout specifically designed to accommodate your needs and goals. Liz Smith will customize a session that will focus on rebalancing and strengthening your body. Pilates is an excellent way to stay toned, stretched and centered during your pregnancy.
Body Talk Pilates is a private fitness studio located in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. With a focus on alignment and core stability, Liz Smith guides her clients through thoughtful and challenging workouts. If one word could describe Elizabeth Smith it would be movement. As a dancer for over 20 years, a marathon runner, and a fitness and holistic nutrition expert, Elizabeth is always in motion.

Liz is the best teacher I've ever had. I've been working with her for a few months and she has totally transformed my body. my circulations and skin has totally improved. She has such a positive energy...am always excited to work with her.

I was a bit nervous to start practicing pilates again. My body has been through a lot the past few years. I have rheumatoid arthritis and for a while, the idea of moving made me cringe.
After I had my baby this year, I decided I needed to begin moving again so that I can be healthy for my daughter.
I was so lucky to run into Liz. She has been amazing and patient with my stiff joints and over the past few months has helped me gain strength and confidence.
Now, I find I'm training just as hard as anyone else and I crave my visits with Liz. I have a long way to go until I reach lean, mean
