High blood pressure is a major factor in the development of kidney problems in people who have diabetes. Both a family history of high blood pressure and the presence of the disease seem to increase chances of developing kidney disease.

The people who answer the phone can make or break a place sometimes. I have had to call a few times and each time the person who answers the phone wants to send you to a Medical assistant without finding out what you even need. Then when transferred the MA doesn’t answer the phone. One time all I needed was their fax number. They even hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. Hire some new phone staff or do some strict retraining!

I have had nothing but issues with this office. I tried to get them to send my paperwork, called the office and left vocicemails twice, spoke to a receptionist, even went in person and it was never sent. They were supposed to send an order for a test and never did, so I showed up for the test and they had to turn me away.

Dr. Bhargava is AMAZING!! He's very thorough and listens to all of my concerns and addresses them accordingly. He and Dr. Makey saved my life in 2015 when I had stage 4 kidney failure. I highly recommend him, Dr. Makey, as well as Dr. Soto. His staff is always friendly and helpful and I'm usually in and out within an half an hour.
