Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons, founded in 1964 by Dr. Raymond Rosedale, Jr., currently employs over 35 team members including five board certified surgeons. The practice is made up of licensed certified audiologists, licensed practical nurses, certified medical assistants and specialized allergy nurses, along with a qualified business department which will assist you with appointments, as well as insurance and billing issues.

Ohio Head & Neck Surgeons provides in-office CT scans (computerized tomography) to help diagnose and treat patients with a variety of conditions. A CT scanner combines a series of X-ray views taken from many angles to produce cross-sectional images of bones and soft tissues within the body. By viewing each of the individual views, the physician can determine if any internal damage, blockage, or injury exists.

After nearly 2 years and having waited as long as I could before seeing a specialist, I made an appointment here; I was eager to go after seeing so many good reviews and had hope my issue could be addressed and fixed.
I waited close to an hour for my appointment. The doctor saw me for a total of 3min and didn't have either an answer or regard of care that I was having an issue after I stated I didn't have hearing loss but worried it may lead to that if not treated. I also expressed I could not sleep well because of it... I did not know what to expect, but I was hoping for some sort of direction

Two experiences with the audiology dept. concerning two different matters. Said I wouldn’t go back after the first. My doctor referred me for something else so I reluctantly went back. Won’t do it again. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It’s ultimately all about the money in my opinion.

Kristine in audiology ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. She gets 5 stars. The woman who takes your money, not so much. Asked for a copy of my treatment (for tax purposes as it is un-reimbursed medical for me) and her attitude was not friendly. It was like I asked for a discount or something. She needs to understand there are LOTS of places I can get new hearing aids when I need them. No thankyou either. She gets 2 stars.

If you get referred to this office, make sure you don’t get Dr. Smith. Terrible communicator and very rude. Waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and after waiting, he came in to say there was nothing to report from a test I had the previous week. He then got upset when I asked, ‘couldn’t you’ve have called me?’ Been to see Dr. Smith 3 times and each time he’s sent me to get expensive testing with no end results.

I had a pretty good experience here. The staff were friendly, and the wait time was acceptable. I did have a problem where they wanted medical records from the Cleveland Clinic, and had me sign the release form while I as there. I called about a month later and they wrote in my chart that I was going to send in the medical form, which was not true... they were going to send it in. The nurse I spoke to said that I would have to send a new form and have the medical records sent to her attention. When she received them, she did give me a call back. Unfortunately, this facility was unable to help with

My son sees Dr. Brescha. He is a very friendly and thorough doctor. My son loves going to see him. He put tubes in my son's ears due to fluid build up. My son can hear well now and had minimal pain after his procedure. The office staff are nice and helpful. They offer a discount for same day pay and out of pocket patients. The audiologists are expensive and some things cannot be covered by insurance but they do great work. The office space is clean and up to date. If you have any issues they work with you to resolve them. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office for persons of any age

I had doctor smith help me out with a sinus problem no other doctor was able to identify. Went to various places for years because I could never breathe out of one side of my nose. Doctor Smith quickly identified the issue and recommended a sinoplasty. The recovery was quite painful. But for the first time in about ten years I can breathe again with both nostrils.

This is always a very clean & efficient office to visit. Everyone seems to know their individual jobs well & make you feel comfortable & cared for, every time. I love to sit near the aquarium while I wait, making it a very calm, soothing environment. Dr. Ossakow is gentle, kind, & communicates very well to a lay person like me! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Aaron Brescia performed a septoplasty with turbinate reduction on me last week. I could not be happier. The procedure was very successful. Friends had similar procedures by other physicians/practices and suffered loss of their sense of smell. My sense of smell is actually heightened. Further, I had no bruising. I strongly recommend Dr. Brescia!

The doctors are many here, but I have seen DOCTOR Ossakow! He was a super nice and listening doctor that examine me for hearing loss issues! He realize that my only course was to go back to hearing aids, but an improved model. See below!
I went to him again a few years ago per my doctor! After much review and testing, he ask about my meds I was talking! I told him that my doctor had started me on a new med! He said that can ruin your voice! I told him I do sermons and teaching! He said

I have never been so disappointed in a doctors office in my life.
I called on Friday to make my appointment and they asked for my insurance and I told them what I had and they told me it was accepted (I have NO copay).
Upon arrival I had to pay $125 because my insurance wasn't in system and then the doctor spent about 60 seconds with me, never introducing himself, or explaining what I should do from here on out.
He also never addressed the pain I'm in or any potential remedy for it.
I will not return.

Excellent doctor, great nurses and staff. The only thing that threw me off was that they asked for money up front for my visit even though I don't have a co-pay through my insurance. ( I was told by their billing staff that they needed a check or credit/debit card for my portion of the bill, when I hadn't even seen the doctor!) I wasn't used to being asked for a payment before treatment, usually my insurance company is billed first. That being said, I don't think you will find better medical treatment than this. The doctor was thorough, skilled and had a great sense of humor. Ditto for the nurses

Waited an hour here once but still going five stars. Staff is professional and Dr brescha is a straight shooter. Did not give me any news I was hoping for but spent the time to try to figure it out and give me good info. Would highly recommend them over any other ENT office. 3 appointments... All stellar.
