Our secure patient portal at Stark County Physician is available for our patients 24 hours each day.

I have been a patient for over 50 years. As a teenager with K W, and then with Steve when he moved his home to this area and began practicing with his father. Never once did I consider changing to another physician, and I have referred my children, their spouses and their children, as well of many personal friends. Everyone fell in love with their warm professional personal care and knowledge. And Steve is eye candy!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Steve Nam for the past several years and couldn't be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable, takes his time with you, explains in detail your bloodwork results, gives a thorough physical exam, and addresses any questions you have. I would highly recommend him to anyone based on my wonderful experience. I have had a great Dr./ patient relationship and am very grateful to have such a wonderful Dr.

I have only seen the nurse practitioners here and they have been very nice and helpful. However the office staff is horrendous. Impossible to get through to schedule an appointment or to speak with someone regarding billing issues. The office phone is always set to voicemail long before they are closed, long after they are open and for about two hours midday for their lunch.

I am notorious for not getting along with doctors-have only met one I could get along with my whole life. When he retired, I was never going to see another. I was referred to Dr. Nam's office by my mother who is of the opinion I should have regular checkups. I went and started the conversation with, 'I hate doctors...'. Poor Laura, the CNP! Fast forward..I have met Dr. Nam, too. They listen to what you have to say!! Most doctors know the body, but each body is different. They actually hear their patients and take into account what they have to say! Laura, on a routine check, even caught a 1cm nodule

I really like this practice! I was referred to them after an insurance change and I was a little nervous about leaving my doctor, who I had for 20 years. I’m not sure why I was worried because Dr Steve and his staff have turned out to be blessing in disguise! Besides being attentive to your needs they’re warm and caring.

First of all thank you for seeing me so promptly as my family doc is no longer servicing this area. Actually, I only had her for a year and felt she did nothing for me. My husband drove me and was able to meet all staff too. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and had help with technology when it came to registering the first time . Since my appointment was last minute, I met with Laura, nurse practitioner. She did more for me in that one visit then my previous docs did in 5 years. I met with her again and things are moving in the right direction, some symptoms gone, some better
