First, let me give thanks to my locator for adding The Pinnacle Apartments & Homes on my list recommendations of apartments to go visit. Secondly, big shout out and thanks to Nakia; she were knowledgeable, professional and helpful with all my needs of relocating ASAP. Lastly, Janie was helpful with setting a successful move in date and continue to connect me throughout the process. The property manager/staff keeps the community informed on new updates are on point. The only issue occurred so far, I have problem with no assignment parking mandate, residents whom live in buildings far away, are allowed

Worst place to move to I had so many problems with these apartments when I first moved in the ac kept going out in the middle of summer finally they replaced it with a new one .. after a while I decided to get a pet and when I paid the pet deposit Janie for some reason decided to put it towards my rent after she told me to bring in the 350 for the pet deposit couple months go by and her and Lauren call telling me that I never paid it.... luckily I saved the voicemails and finally mrs Lauren found where I had brought in the money order and saw that Janie credit it towards my rent so after that they

Although I did not make the final decision to live at the Pinnacle, I had to give a 5-star rating for the facilities shown and the general friendliness of all the staff. Out of all 9 apartments that I toured around the Fullerton area, Elena was by far the best leasing specialist I have encountered. She not only gave me thorough information on the complex, but also gave me tips incorporating Fullerton traffic and the general lifestyle. I will definitely strongly consider this property when I secure a full-time job in the future.

Toured the property in September 2019 with Janie and fell in love with it. Moved in October 2019 any maintenance issues were urgently addressed. Lauren the manager is amazing professional and treated me with respect and kindness. Janie was a doll very helpful and sweet. Nakia is helpful sweet and understanding. Maintenance guys are easy going cool guys with pleasant attitudes and a willingness to always help. I have never felt so wonderful with a complex or a unit. Sure this is not a new build, it is older with some flaws which gives it character. My apartment the complex and the staff are amazing

Recently passed through the area and was surprised to see how nothing has changed with this place. Moved in the Spring of 2015, sight unseen, for a new job in Dallas - everything quickly turned into a nightmare. We were in a first level apartment where the floor above was sagging and any movement by the tenants upstairs caused loud squeaking and made it hard to sleep. Actually had a nice conversation with our upstairs neighbors and learned they worked jobs with odd hours but would do their best to minimize noise. They were actually sleeping on the floor because they were afraid of putting furniture
