I needed a good amount of space for my dog and I that wouldn't break the budget. I saw that fairfield offered townhouses right in my price range. I talked to Nikki, who was very nice and attentive, and found a good place for me. Even before I officially moved in, she made sure the apartment was in great condition and that I was completely satisfied with it by walking it with me. Would highly recommend!

Company personnel are professional and helpful. Nikki was a great help for my entire move-in and application. Parking is never an issue and the surrounding area is nice/convenient. I've had a few hiccups with my apartment itself but nothing you wouldn't expect from an older style building/maintenance.

Please listen to the terrible reviews! I barely moved in and I am already counting the days to move out! My ceiling leaks, gun shots every other night, smell "plants" everywhere, the pools are closed 9 months out of the year, the gym has literally 4 pieces of equipment. You will hear every single noise, footstep, conversation of your neighbors. My apartment wasn't even cleaned for move-in... there was hair, nails, urine, black mildew/mold, spiderwebs, missing/broken appliances and maintenance's answer to every request is to "paint over it"... no joke (over rust, mildew, holes, etc). Have just moved into a bigger apartment here at Fairfield and it is wonderful. Was living in a one bedroom townhouse that is the loft style and was great there, but when my partner move in with me it was just a little to small for both of us. A three bedroom townhouse became available and we jumped on it. It has so much more space and all kinds of storage that made it easy to find a place for everything we had. There is even some storage that we are not using yet. Having 1,600 sf is so nice and we really can make it look like a home now.

I stayed at this apartment for four years they never fix anything only patch it up. Last year winter was horrible it stayed cold in my apartment with my newborn son their only answer was the fact the building is old with single pan windows causing me to use my stove just to keep it warm up front could never go back to my room forcing me and my son to sleep up front. The sewer system is horrible my shower stays funky and moldy they only sprayed the shower and told me to pour my own bleach down to drain to keep down the smell. This year they switched to another system to pay your rent I had problems

I just wanted to update my post! I usually stay to myself, so I don't have any issues with the neighbors! I work a lot, so I am usually not here. But when I am here, it is usually quiet. Any maintenance request gets resolved in a timely manner. Paul and his crew are the best! The front office management are some of the friendliest peeps around! If you ask my kid, she will tell you Lana is her fave! I have been here for almost 3 years, and have no issues with Fairfield! You do have the occasionally neighbors who tend to think they live in a house. By this I mean they will play music at all times

Cindy and her team of young ladies in the office are second to none with all the help they provide and the maintenance crew members always go above and beyond the call in providing first class (ten ⭐️) service!
