This place is like that old movie Cocoon, a lot of old people sitting around waiting to die. Beautiful grounds, great location, only one other problem, and it's a big one,
the property manager, Melissa, she's intolerable, horrible manager, no talent, has no business working in the public domain, she's not cut out for it. Why on Earth she is still there is amazing, if they replaced her alone, sales, revenue, just overall image of the place would definitely rise. Guess owners don't read the reviews or have chose to stick their heads in the sand. Baffling, I would NEVER stay here again in an emergency

I still have nightmares about the management staff here .Mellisa Pope was horrible to deal with if we had a complaint. Summer’s beautiful winter ! the rain water flows through the windows. Apartment floods and if you complain they just won’t renew your lease . Not that you’d want to . 😔horrible experience!

We moved in February 2020. The staff has been so helpful and easy to reach, and we enjoyed the community events that we were able to do even during the pandemic! Maintenance has always been quick and we love the apartment and the grounds.

My husband and I moved in on 12/11/20. We relocated from Northern Kentucky for my husbands new job. We had sold our home of 22 years and didn't want to purchase a home right off. Park Place Apartments are wonderful. They feel like a home!! The staff is so friendly and the community is beautiful. We plan on staying for awhile. We would recommend Park Place Apartments to anyone.

I've lived here for four years and had trouble with my a/c unit on and off the whole time. The latest issue started this week, and is basically the same issue I've had in past warm months. The a/c will suddenly stop running -- it won't kick on even if the indoor temperature rises above the thermostat setting.

When I had this problem two years ago, it took about ten days during the height of summer for the maintenance staff to sort it out, and actually it was their HVAC contractor who resolved the issue.

This week, the problem began recurring. It took two phone calls and an online

Where do I start. The outside of the apartments look really nice. The inside of the apartments are very outdated. Old kitchens and old appliances, old carpet in the living, dining and bedrooms. Bathtub in the master bath was very gross. My neighbor above me had a very bad water leak and it dripped all down into my apartment bathroom. I had to call maintenance. They brought a huge industrial fan to dry out the drywall ceiling. They wanted me to let the fan run for 3 days. The fan was huge, loud and was very inconvenient. When the maintenance person came to pick up the fan, after three days, he just

We just moved here in December and so far we are absolutely loving it! Cayla was our contact and she is the epitome of 100% perfection!!! She is so very kind, professional, responsive and attentive to every question, phone call or e-mail we have asked her. When she originally showed us the complex we had dozens of questions. We even came back later that day and asked to see the unit again. She never once acted exasperated or inconvenienced but said she was there to help in any way she could. She really has a super personality. I also would like to comment on how wonderful Cody and Quinn are from

My mother has resided at Park Place Apts for 3 years. In this time she has lost her spouse and 2 pets and has struggled to move forward from this. Park Place staff have gone out of their way to make living there as inconvenient for her as possible. They have been rude and mostly unhelpful with her needs and requests. She has had multiple leaks from her neighbors -one resulting in her being misplaced for several days out of her home. Now she is moving out and needs to stay less than 1 extra day to have somewhere to stay and they are refusing the request despite the offer of extra compensation
