Our kitchen is over 30 years old and is tired. We contacted Pleasanton Appliance Repair to come look at two appliances that were limping along. This was the second time we have used Pleasanton Appliance Repair because we were impressed when we've used them before. Max came and quietly, studiously worked on both problem areas. In the end, cost of the parts were prohibitive, as these two appliances (freezer, cooktop) are on their last legs, so we did not end up ordering the new parts. Excellent customer service!!! Came to appointment early, prepared, with replacement part in hand. When I reached out to him to tell him my issue, he quickly diagnosed the problem based on my description and instantly gave me a quote. I asked for same day service and he was at my house 2 hours later on a Saturday!. Appointment was made for 2pm even though he typically stops working at 1pm on Saturdays. He explained everything he was doing, and explained why ibwas having my issue. He even allowed me to clean underneath my stove before he moved it back into place. He prides himself on making sure

We've used Steve''s Appliance Services twice in about 10 years. My husband can fix a lot of things but when it's been more than he can take on, I've called Steve. The first time was for a fridge about 10 years ago, the last day or so, a microwave. Both times he was able to diagnose what the problem was over the phone.
