Very responsive and quick to get the job done. Very professional in all aspects. In texted him on a Thursday and he came on Saturday morning did not took longer than 1 or so to fix my fridge. I received excellent service from VOLTA. The technician was able to quickly diagnose my refrigerator's problem and fix it right away.

We had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning, but James texted us that he had some time free and if he could come out today. James came within 15 minutes, took a look at our machine (washing) and diagnosed it immediately. He was open and honest about the costs and was truthful about our machine. Highly recommend him and this company. Will definitely call them again is we need any other services. Excellent customer service!

Jack is a great guy and also very professional. My fridge at home stopped working a few days ago. I contact them and they were able to come for diagnosis on the same day. He quickly figured out the issue and offered a reasonable price. A few days later he brought the parts and fixed the problem and now my fridge comes back to life again. Thanks!
