They have made repairs, under warrantee, to our electric cloths dryer, completed efficiently and professionally by technician Jose, who is very focused on customer service and satisfaction. (Los Altos - service 1/29/21) They diagnosed a problem another company could not (but tried doing several other things that didn't work). Jem diagnosed it in literally 30 seconds, got a part from the truck, were out in 10 minutes. It was a water leak, so not an insignificant issue. I would definitely call them again! And they were properly masked, on time, professional.

Jose (owner) came over to fix my very sad ice machine. He and his employee entered with their masks on and even asked if they should take their shoes off before entering the house, which I greatly appreciated.
Jose explained why the ice machine stopped working and shared that there is a warranty that comes the product. They were quick and very kind and left no mess behind.
