The management here was impossible to do business with. They won't answer the phones, I asked them multiple times to email me details on the floor plan I was going to rent, and they never did. I had to drive down there to get it. My application took over a month and I was told they had other applications for leases before mine that they had to look at. They approved my application and sent me the wrong lease agreement for the wrong apartment complex. I emailed, called, left a voicemail, but never got anything back. I moved in June 2020 and I have enjoyed the peaceful complex. Apartment living here has been a 9 out of 10. The Office staff changes too often lately however each employee seems to always provide answers to my questions. I do miss the original staff. Angelica was my leasing agent and here the longest. She knew everyone’s name and definitely seemed to be holding down the fort. Each new member has been nice. I hope the new staff stays longer. It’s nice seeing familiar faces in the office. I renewed my lease and look forward to another year at Soleil. Neighbors seem mostly friendly. I definitely

This property really stands out amongst the many that are coming up in the area. Ashley, was kind and very knowledgeable about the community and chandler area. If they had a 3 bedroom available within my time frame I would have rented right then and there. Leasing staff was awesome and extremely welcoming!

It’s been a pleasure living at the Soleil! They have been very patient and understanding during the pandemic. They worked with us financially to ensure rent is paid without demanding endless unreasonable fees. The amenities are well maintained and they go the extra mile with little gestures such as goodie bags for residents on Valentine’s Day morning. Thanks Soleil for being a wonderful place to call home!

If I could give a negative 1 star I would. Where do I begin hmm? So I was a tenant here for 5 years. I just moved out about 2 months ago. You wanna know why because this ridiculous complex here wanted to raise my rent from 1085 up to 1500 dollars. I mean thats a heck of an increase. So I move out then they have this new management company chamberlain and idiots ooops my bad I mean chamberlain and associates. They have taken over management of this place. These clowns are unbelieavable so they have the nerve too be charging me almost 800 dollars to replace the carpet from my apartment then another
