I scheduled an appointment to see a unit and I was there at the time and place we agreed on, but nobody showed up. I waited and then called to see if anybody was coming, but I was told that the appointment was cancelled… Nobody even bothered to call or email to notify me of this. I was extremely frustrated by how unprofessional and inconsiderate that was, and the fact that I had to make the time and effort to drive all the way there only to be stood up for nothing…

Watch out for Lisa. She lied about the pet policy at our apartment complex, which basically forced us to move, even though a couple of tenants already owned cats. Then I come to discover other Western Property Management Properties that do allow pets, and she claimed that their pet insurance didn't cover any of their Property Holdings. She is a liar and she massively inconvenienced my family by not allowing us to simply have a little dog.

When you asked for documentation or proof of rental payment they duck and dodge you. When you reach out to them via a phone call they never answer or call back. When attempting to talk to them in person, they will ALWAYS give you the run around. If you're renting with these people as Management look for another property management group.

Can't believe that anyone would give this company a good rating.
Should get 0.0 stars. Laziest, most incompetent property management company. They exist to take the property owners monthly fee. They allow properties that they manage become shambles and charge the renters for repairs at the end of the rental term. They will also leave property owners in the dark and throw them under the bus. Thank God they were fired by our property owners. I'm amazed that they still operate their business and have avoided multiple lawsuits

My family and I have been renting for about 13 years. We love the family feel and beauty of the complex. Our property manager Ginette is great and always tries to resolve any issues we have ASAP. She always shows genuine concern and always goes the extra mile to make sure the tenants are happy. Any repairs or maintenance we need is always taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
From our personal experience, we would recommend Western Property because we have loved living one one of their properties without any issues.

I have been renting an apartment through Western Property Group for almost 9 years. They have been a great property management company to deal with, and always respond fast to any repairs or service needs. The staff are polite and have always been able to answer my questions. They are there when you need them, but not bothering you with unnecessary things. Rent is reasonable for this area, and the properties are kept in good condition through the on staff maintenance team. I am happy to recommend them.

Western Property Group is a great! I've been living in one of their homes for approximately 3 yrs. They are very professional and reliable ppl. The property managers are always available and if not someone is always there to answer questions. What I like most is there 24/7 maintenance hotline if an emergency with home.
