I have been with Freddie Villacci's office for many, many years, covering auto and home insurance. After more than two decades of never needing to file a claim, I had to file for weather/water damage to our house. What initially seemed like a minor issue turned into a significant issue, displacing us for a year and requiring extensive repairs/construction. Throughout a stressful process, Freddie and his team (including Jeannie) were incredibly attentive, responsive and helpful.

My family has been a client since 1998. Premiums are paid. No recent claims have had to be paid due to accidents. So how do we get rewarded???

There is way too much competition out there with competetive premiums who would be willing to insure our vehicles.

I have had renter's insurance through this agent for a few years and have never had any issues. I went to add my engagement ring to my policy and Gabriela made getting a new policy the easiest process. It is really nice having someone say exactly what they need from me and what to expect. Crystal was especially wonderful while working to update my condo policy to a homeowners policy.
