I wanted to mention that Gabby, Kristine, Kai, and everyone that works in management are the best they are very caring and watch out for your wellbeing, I am lucky to have found such a great place.
I also wanted to say Christopher was really wonderful too, he went above and beyond the call of duty, not only did he fix the hole and he could have stopped there but, he also saw the problem I had with the ceiling in my shower, it took a lot of work. He sanded it and painted it and it looks brand new. Thank you Christopher!!! Tony was really great when I called the maintenance he checked out my problem

Never go here. This is the WORST apartments I have EVER lived in! The management never knows what they’re doing and they blame everything on COVID. Everything is broken and because of “Covid” only the main priority is attended. These apartments are old and not taken care of. Besides that the laundry mats are horrible and the machines barely even work. Not worth the low price at all, if I could I’d have 0 stars.

The staff is very helpful here! Kristin, Christine and Kyla are pleasant to work with and they have a new maintenance supervisor, Arthur, who is pleasant and competent. The Amazon hub gets us our packages super fast. Neighborhood is beautiful with all the trees and it's very quiet. They could keep the grounds up better and put in car ports, but other than that, I would recommend Southridge, especially if you need affordable housing.

Had a one year lease here back in 2015, and haven't been there in a while. Just thought I would share my previous experience.
Pros:
Super fast high quality maintenance. If I had a maintenance request it would get done asap and would usually be done well.
Accessibility to gym and freeway is convenient.
Apartment layout was nice.
Cons:
When I first lived here, I moved into a unit that had a strange smell. It was on the 3rd floor and hotter than a lower unit so the smell was more prominent. I should've said something about the smell from day 1 but I didn't. I had a well trained Shephered that

Christopher was amazing! I had 2 issues in my only bathroom so I called the after hours maintainance phone number. To my amazement Christopher returned my call less than 10 minutes later. He repaired my issues and called me with updates since I wasn't home at the time. He was professional, friendly and did a great job in a very timely manner. Thank you Christopher!
