I was exposed to MOLD, FORMALDEHYDE and CARBON DIOXIDE! I lived at Novus Westshore and my unit smelled awful. I had it tested and it tested positive for mold, formaldehyde and carbon dioxide. Then the company sued me for moving out to protect my health after I complained about the issue upon moving in. CALL CITY CODE ENFORCEMENT and BETTER CALL BEHNKEN IF YOU HAVE THE SAME ISSUE.

The leasing office and all the other members of the Novus team have been nothing but helpful. Through the moving process and everything in between they have been wonderful. Those on the management team; Alyssa, Courtney, Emily, and Jonathan are all amazing. Alyssa even went as far as helping me on her day off to make sure everything was in proper order for my apartment. They truly care about the residents and want to make your moving process and anything else that occurs while living at Novus a breeze.

I love live in Novus Westshore, they are very organized clean community, maintenance team are efficient and professional, rob is awesome always kind My dog love him!! Jon at the leasing office always have a smile he is very efficient and professional all the time, Alyssa is awesome always creating amazing community events, and Courtney make me feel a VIP resident great team great community where if you follow the rules you shouldn’t have any issues!!

This is a beautiful complex - it's conveniently located to everything you can imagine for daily living. Just around the corner from Whole Foods, Starbucks, both stadiums and fine dining.
The amazing staff is pleasant and efficient. DAVID in maintenance is the best! He responded quickly to a request for bulb replacement. He also repaired the kitchen faucet.
Thanks to David, the maintenance is professionally completed in a timely manner.

4.5 Stars: Our experience has overall been good. The building staff are responsive and friendly, neighbors are generally courteous, and the location is ideal. Our only issues are that it is really hard to get rid of the moisture in the bathroom showers to avoid mold buildup, and not everyone in the building who has a pet is polite about cleaning up after their pets' messes.
[UPDATE: We posted this review to the internal Novus review page and were contacted about the bathroom issues within a couple of hours. They were able to address the bathroom shower issues within a couple of days.]

I just moved in and had a decent list of service items. I gave the list to Taylor on Monday and Dave showed up Tuesday. He worked on everything he could, pleasantly and quickly. Then Robert showed up to help. They were both awesome. Then Dave came back with my mailbox key I had issues with. Great experience so far!

Such a nice place to live! If you are relocating to Tampa, Novus Westshore is in a perfect location to be next to the malls, airport, and everything downtown. I have lived here for 2 years now and have loved every second of it. The amenities are so nice - there's a waterfall pool with multiple saunas, hot tubs, and even a tanning booth! The gym is pretty big for an apartment gym, and even has a Peloton bike. The office staff are super nice and helpful, and the maintenance workers are incredible. Love the patio as well, super cute at night! Highly, highly recommend this place!!

I have lived in Novus Westshore, Tampa for about 1 year 6 Months. My apartment was 318. I moved out at the end of my lease in the first week of January 2020. I did get my last statement for 170$ to be paid to the community. On the 2nd of March 2020, I dropped off a money order taken on the community's name and as per the instructions of the office personnel dropped into the cheque drop box which is the same as the one where we drop off rent cheques. I also signed a register before leaving. Now, all of a sudden around September, i am getting calls from collections asking to pay that amount

Hi, my name is Enid Izquierdo. I have been a resident of Novus Westshore for 1 year and 6 months. I want to express my experience living here has been terrible for multiple reasons that I have mentioned in my reviews. Starting from a terrible costumer services from the management. This time I emailing about my unhappiness with an issue with the AC . My AC is broke since 4 days ago and I still waiting for them to fix it . On September 1 rst I requested a service to fix the AC and the guy came and supposedly fix it . I went out of Tampa and I came back on September 3rd and the AC wasn't working
