I love the fantastic, contemporary eyewear from a expansive selection, professional, attention to detail service ! Purchased eyewear from Quality Optical for years, one must experience durable lenses from Ziess, unbelievable. You owe to yourself to see the world through Ziess lenses.

I originally purchased Zeiss Lenses and while I was sticker shocked a bit, I cannot begin to describe how much clearer and sharper things are vice my plastic lenses. At the time there was no need to replace frames but 3 months later Frames Broke. The staff was quick to find a similar style and put my great lenses into a new pair of frames. Highly Recommend this local business!

Mixed feelings about my experience. Oodi the owner clearly knowledgeable about eye wear and lens but average to mediocre customer service from staff. Been back no less than 10 times in 4 months for progressive frames that are because of misguided advice with first frame selection to poor lens fit on my second replacement pair that make my 2nd frames unusable. Issue with lens now resolved but I can't recommend based on my experience. This has been edited from a 5 star in January when I first visited, to a 3 star to now 2 star review. MD Eye Center was inept in putting together the initial eye exam results and Quality Optical did exchange the lens for the correct prescription, but the lens were filled with glaring imperfections. Neither the MD Eye Center or Quality Optical will ever get another penny from me.

Staff are very nice and friendly. My son's eyeglass frame were broken and the lady repaired very quickly with no cost, completely free. I definitely recommend Quality Optical office for everyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Quality Optical. I wear a very high prescription with prism. I worked with Sarah at the store who was WONDERFUL. very friendly, helpful and professional, along with the owner of the store, Oodie. Sarah picked out a great frame to accommodate my high prescription and it was just my style. It's like she new exactly what to pick out for me! They use Zeiss lenses, and I had no distortion in my progressive lenses like I was used to at Costco, before coming here. The lenses are clear as can be and I am very happy with the service I overall received. I will be returning

Very good experience. Knowledgeable, kind, and helpful staff. Unlike the more commonly known eyeglass places, they can do high-end ultra thin Zeiss lenses in transitions. They also take my vision insurance (VSP). I have been to other eyeglass places in the area, but have been happiest with Quality Optical. If you are picky about your lenses, go here.
