Points to note:
1. Regular eye check up appointments provided for a particular time is a place holder and it doesn’t guarantee that your eye testing will start at that time. Irrespective of your appointment time, the priority is given based on first come first basis. This is true for all the branches in Chennai.
2. If you have a morning appointment there is no guarantee that you will leave by noon. My experience was good until the Doctor’s consultation (Dr. S. Meenakshi) which got delayed and spoiled the overall experience. The most common issue seems to be Doctor’s availability. They failed

Very worst experience in hospital. A very famous proverb in Hindi "Naam Bade Aur Darshan Chhote" actually fits on hospital.
Some staff members in pediatric and ultrasound department named Kavitha, Nithya K & Bakaiyathavati S are so cruel and rude behavior. There is no priority for 6 months baby.
They made baby waiting 1 hrs for dialysis without feeding. After that there was not any persons for doing ultrasound around one and half hours. After so many request because baby is crying but lice will not crawled on their ears.
Overall staff was not giving any response us because we was Hindibhashi

Visited this hospital for my maternal uncle’s treatment
Been 2days since I’m visiting
First need to follow COVID protocols and fill in COVID declaration form
Then go to respective counters according to your appointment
Not many formalities but few are there
But I’m expecting a good treatment at SN(Main)
I suggest one counter to help the people who needs help in filling the forms and etc etc..

They provide a help desk at the entrance where patients along with their attendant should fill in the form regarding covid-19 and thier appointment details. After that, they put a wrist tag to patient (orange) and attendant (blue). Only the patient and a single attendant can visit the respected doctor, no others are allowed since the covid-19 and also due to more vibrant of patients in and out. They took a clear check up and are good in EYE surgery and medications
