At Deer Creek, our goal is for your apartment home to be a place you enjoy coming home to every day. Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet.
Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds.Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.

What is the application fee and is it refundable? Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay this fee online by credit card. All application fees are nonrefundable. What information do I need to apply for an apartment? I have worked with sheila and the assistant manager there to be approved. The tour was wonderfull and they were so welcoming to me and my children. They have worked with me and communicated everystep of the way as well as adjusting things to be more convenient for my work schedule for move in day. Im so happy i chose to move here to this complex. They are absolutely beautiful , quiet and safe. Thank you team deer creek!!!

I’m so impressed with Deer Creek in the past few months. The new manager’s energy and passion and kindness is contagious. The landscape looks better and better and the new leasing agents are delightful. I finally feel like I can come into the office and not feel like a burden. Keep up the good work and thank you for caring as much as we do.

First and most important: Consolidated Communications cable is MANDATORY here. You pay $30/month as part of a separate, non-negotiable “add-on” to whatever your rent is.
While I like how quiet it is compared to other places I’ve lived, the cable issue is irksome. I don’t watch much cable anymore, and would prefer to stream, but you can’t “cut the cord.” So, if cable choice (or cutting the cord and streaming) matters to you, this place would not be a good fit. Also, I had Time Warner at my last apartment, and compared to Time Warner, the equipment Consolidated uses is VERY noisy.

I don't live here but I want to give Karin a shoutout. She was so much fun during the tour I had with her. She gave me coupons and other things. I ended up going with another apartment community owned by the Price Brothers but Karin, you were wonderful and you'll definitely go far with the hospitality you provide.

I lived at Deer Creek for a little over a year and a half. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help when/if a problem occurs. Especially Krishanne! She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for her. We looked at multiple different apartment in the area before making a decision and I definitely think this is one of the best options for the price. Would 1000% recommend Deer Creek to any friend or family member.

One of the best apartments in Overland Park. Love this place. Very well built homes and good floor plans. The price is very competitive compared to places nearby with the same/lower quality. The staff is very courteous and quick to attend to any requests or complaints. The ambience inside the property is amazing especially with the trail next to the golf course. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of renting a place in Overland park.
