Parking where i lived was a non issue.
Maintenance here is unbeatably quick. Always within 24hours. Most the time they would show up in 30 minutes.
Leasing office was helpful and knowledgeable.
No issues moving in or out. Got my full security deposit back.
My AC and heat worked fantastically but both were incredibly loud, thats the 4 star.
Neighbors are what you get and pay for. I had no issues with mine but someone across the way was a complete mess.
Didn’t care or use the other amenities much but they are there for those who do.

At first our experience was amazing with Will, and Noah. They go ABOVE and beyond to help you get in. They don’t judge you or any mistakes you may have made in your past. They themselves made the experience wonderful.
The “property manager” ( whom it should really be Will/ Noah as the property manager ) was rude, and strung my family along for a week holding our $600 deposit. Then knowing the whole time she was going to deny us held us our $600- and after explaining the reason I was denied, said they’d refund our money immediately because we have a 4 month old child that needs that money

BE AWARE!!! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!!
When you move out, forget your deposit.. and on top they will charge full one month rent with an excuse that you did not provide notice in advance…. During COVID I was out of country and I had to move. I was paying rent although I was not living there. I contacted them let them know the date I like to move . I rushed to move out …. During these communications, nothing will be mentioned nor will be an issue until YOU ASK FOR YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! Once you ask for your deposit.. they will find many excuses

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are HORRIBLE at communication, apartments are not kept up well, and overall the customer service is subpar at best. We put in at least 7 service requests for the 2 years we lived there, 4 of which were for the same thing, and it was never fixed; it always seemed like they were just quick temporary fixes. We are now being charged an additional months rent in addition to carpet replacement since we moved out without giving them enough notice. This is something we were not made aware of until the final bill came to our house despite speaking to multiple people from the
