I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years and my experience working with Parker at Cainhoy Point was by far the best that I’ve ever encountered. She was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions. On top of that it’s a great community and you’re not going to find a better apartment for the price.

As someone who has lived in 4 different apartments in not even 4 years i can say that this is a great option. When we moved in 1.5 years ago our rent for a 2 bed was 1328. I saw today that it is starting at 1529. Nothing new has been done to the area to call for such an increase in my opinion. And i think they have some competition for the area. This place was not our first choice but it ended up fitting our needs. I love the new management. I love the events which was something i wanted in an apartment. They didnt do it originally when i moved in but do now. Im not sure the reviews below about

My boyfriend & I are moving into Cainhoy soon but our touring & leasing experience with Parker was amazing. We toured 6 other locations & not only did Cainhoy have everything we wanted in an apartment for the best price, but we also felt at home because of our interaction with Parker. She was honest with us and we could tell she had our intentions & wants before her own. Other places didn't give us the time of day, but Parker spent her time with us and answered every question we had honestly. We're excited to move in!

Went looking for an apartment with my family and was recommended to Cainhoy Pointe. We was met with great professionalism and courtesy. Ashley helped us out anyway possible to make sure we had all the information we needed about the apartment. The apartments are beautiful! We felt so welcomed like we was family! I recommend this place to everyone!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT LIVE HERE!
We have been living here for just under two years and have had nothing but problems. When we first moved in to the brand new apartment, our hot water didn't work for a week. Our shower rods kept falling and dragging huge black marks across the walls and were never properly installed in these rush job of apartments. We had promises of an amenity center and gym being finished within two months of moving in. They offered us a free two month membership to O2 fitness in the meantime. The gym didn't open for almost a YEAR but our membership to O2 fitness sure expired

We really enjoy living here after our first month! The apartment is lovely, especially love the kitchen! The staff is great! They are so helpful & friendly & very professional too. We enjoy the pool & look forward to using the fire pit area this fall.

Nice apartments, plenty of parking, clean gym, and a very nice club house area with lots of things to do. (board games, TV, Music, pool, coffee machine, kitchen)
The apartment life team is the best! Gina and Dennis do a great job at planning events every month. All the events are so much fun and it's a great way to meet your neighbors.

I live at Cainhoy Point in Charleston, SC and I absolutely love my apartment. It’s located in a nice area close to Mountpleasant and North Charleston where you can find anything that you need (stores, restaurants, health care facilities etc...) The community is well managed, peaceful, quiet and clean.I made a good decision to move to this community. The neighbors are courteous and respectful. I definitely feel like I made a good decision moving to this community. I would recommend this place to my friends as well.
