Heritage Knoll has 1 & 2 bedroom garden apartments and 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes. Our Dayton Townhome apartment amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal. All floor plans have a walk-in closet. Heritage Knoll has a large outdoor pool and laundry facilities.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. We moved in about a month ago at the time of writing. I have to say, for the rent value, this has been an amazing experience. Heritage Knoll is cost-effective, has great quality living arrangements (even in the non-renovated apartments) and very responsive management.
Maintenance has been very responsive. I've had a few issues since moving in - minor things, like the sliding door handle being loose, the toilet was a little loose from the floor, and I needed to install a coaxial cable for internet access in the other room), and maintenance was on-point, on time, and ready to assist. We've lived here about a year now and we love it. Prices are reasonable. We were able to get a two bedroom here for the same price as a one bedroom most other places. Management is nice. Maintenance usually responds to requests within a day or two and actually fixes the problem. Parking is kinda slim but that's a mild inconvenience at worst. They're also good about not hiking the prices way up from year to year. Best apartments we've lived in so far.

Over the past three days I have not had electricity to 75% of my apartment. I have called multiple times to let them know what is going on with my apartment and they have yet to get anybody regarding an electrician out to fix my problem. I have gone three days without heat in my apartment and without hot water oh not to mention I cannot use my oven. It is absolutely wonderful that the apartment is doing absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Not to mention that they have not been keeping me updated throughout any of this process whatsoever. Thin walls allow you to hear everything from neighboring apartments, not enough parking spots for everyone, been waiting about three years for them to fix the floor in my bathroom and just keep hearing “we’re working on it” as a response, terrible placement of the thermostat makes it run almost constantly. That being said, the staff is friendly which is appreciated

Love this place my family and I have been here for 3yrs and we are about to renew our lease. The neighbors are very friendly and welcome you with open arms. All staff are very friendly and considerate. Any maintenance issue we have had has been addressed in a timely manner. Tyler is the best maintenance person. Great location near the up and coming places off Feedwire. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Great environment for children, my daughter has enjoyed playing with other children, and she’s been able to enjoy the playground and pool which are in pretty good condition. Location is prime, everything you could need is close by and highway is conveniently close but not too close. Inside of apartment is fair for the pricing.

So far it's been close to a year and no real complaints. the staff is friendly and helpful, the neighbors are mostly quiet, we love the location, price, and amenities.searched for quite a while before we found a place to meat all the wants and needs of our family laundry, location, pets, size,price,and pool. only thing that could make it better would be a small park, and a fitness center but it's impossible to have everything.

Our experience with Alyssa at Heritage Knoll apartments was really very good from the time we made contact with her to see an apartment. The staff was very timely as we needed a place to live pretty quickly. The apartment was completely ready for move in when we needed it and we had alot of help from Alyssa doing all the paperwork on line. Their response time on any issues with maintenance etc was handled very timely also. We can't say enough about how helpful and cheery all the staff have been. Also great windows for sound as our apartment is close to road traffic and there is little noise unless

I moved in March 2016 and remain here two years later. Great staff from the property management to maintenance. One of the managers Alyssa always assists me with any issues i have. I have lived in many apartments as a military veteran and Heritage Knolls is by far the best. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move to a friendly apartment community.
