I have tried to get in contact with this complex for weeks, I sent numerous emails, left 2 voicemails and called their 6 different numbers they have listened on various websites. I noticed they had an online option too book for a tour. I saw availability so decided I’d try to get a peek at the apartments that way. I sent my appointment 2 weeks ago, during that time no one contacted me, I got no response to my calls or emails. Do not rent here. This place is infested with bed bugs, not only will you have to get rid of your beds but you also have to pay for half the cost of the treatment to try to rid those nasty bugs that bite at night.

We are in a world where we are working from home. I work from home get this letter around 5 when the office is closed (not like the manager responds to you anyway). They knew all day this needed to be done poor job of communicating to your tenants on November 1st when rent is due. Manager spends more time walking around doing who knows what then responding to emails from ON TIME paying tenants. Water sprinkler system comes on soaking the whole path way is like being in a damn waterfall just to get to and from your car. Ok, so here is the deal. I lived in these apartments back when I was a kid from 1989-1993. By sheer coincidence I was looking for an apartment to rent as I was working in Tempe I drove by these apartments mostly just out of nostalgia then noticed they were renovated. I took a tour and found out the apartment I used to live in all of those years ago was available and completely renovated. Very surreal moment taking place here and I ended up renting the apartment. Affordable living in a prime location! My unit was upgraded before I moved in, and it has a great modern feel to it. I love that they come with gas stoves too. The property manager is on top of things. It's comforting to know that if anything needs to be addressed, it's a priority to them. Between location and features, I feel I get tremendous value for what I'm paying.

We've been living here for years, I absolutely love it. It's been remodeled and it looks beautiful. The apartments are spacious. There's Covered parking, a clean pool, and 2 laundry rooms. It's Close to the park, which is great. The staff is very professional, they take care of all issues quickly. Definitely a plus. Love the changes. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

So I have been telling all my friends about this place! My boyfriend and I moved in over a year ago. When we found this place, it seemed unreal. We had been searching the area for weeks, and then we pulled in here since we hadn't seen any postings for it. The property manager, Julie , was awesome! First let me start by saying that the Manager Julie was nothing but AWESOME to me. I moved from Houston, TX and the transition was smooth. I did everything online after my daughter came to visit the property. Julie walked me through it all with honesty, integrity and kindness.
