Wonderful community, great amenities and the staff goes above and beyond. Jose came by late on a Friday when I called (to fix a small sink malfunction). Amber always makes sure everything is addressed immediately. There are lots of extra perks (i.e. management occasionally serves the residents breakfast sandwiches as they drive out of the garage in the morning and there are city bikes right outside the elevator entrance just to name two). The apartments are new and modern and quiet, the pool luxurious and clean. A daily shuttle bus gives front door service. There has not been a bug in sight the

Management is absolutely horrible, I have mold right where my air is filtered after maintenance came a day before to check for water leaks in “select” units. I was not informed about the mold and would have never found it if they did not leave my door to the water heater open as they keep closed all the time. They are not willing to move me to another apartment even though I am PREGNANT , the only thing they said they can do is clean the mold in 1 day which we all know it takes longer than a day to remove MOLD and let us stay OVERNIGHT in their model apartment where dust has collected and people

We moved here when the building was owned by jlb once hilltop took over its been a nightmare.
1. Reduced parking spots because the management is greedy and converts them to reserved parking spots have to drive up all the way to the roof.
2. We were the lucky ones to have an airbnb above us and the management especially amber was so rude and unwilling to resolve the noise issue. She said it's part of the apartment living experience to hear stomping all through our the night.
3. Loud noise at pool sound 4am.
4. The management is hardly present in the officeto resolve any issues.

We’ve had some recent challenges with valet trash. Today the maintenance team picked up all the weekend trash before we could even tell the office about the delays.
We also had our apt number light out. Again, before we could place a work order it was replaced!
This maintenance staff is fantastic. Thank you Jose and team for all you do and your dedication to the building.

The new owner and management is terrible, they charge the fine even we follow the rules. They can change any bill they want, and don't have to follow what they said before.
And they even change regular parking spots to reserved parking, so they can charge more fee on ourselves
The parking spots are getting less and less, you have to drive to fifth floor or roof top to have parking space

We lived here for over 2 years and the building was sold to the current owners, Hilltop Residential, a couple months before we left. New owners and management are awful (and friends that still live there continue to say the same thing). They are not nice and welcoming. They cut so many costs at the expense of the tenants. When you move out, they send you a ridiculous bill to try and take advantage of you. We are so glad we left that property, and recommend staying away from any Hilltop Residential building. They do not take care of their tenants, and that is very unsettling for a renter.

Moved in about 2 months ago with my wife and can definitely say we picked the perfect spot. The location is great and the housing staff is even better! They alway host fun events and the pool area is a great place to unwind. I especially love their gym - they have every machine I need. The look of the apartment inside and out is very modern and everything works great.
I really love their mailing system and their use of Luxer Lockers. (They send you a code whenever you package arrives) Also, parking is user friendly as well. Everything is just easy to use. Our neighbors are all nice and everyone

I've been living here for almost 3 months and feel comfortable. I choose The Lyla because of the friendly professional staff when I came to view the apartment originally and my overall feeling of security.
My move in process was easy but communication was lost. I tried calling the Lyla to confirm details and it took them 2 weeks to return my call (I had to email them.) When I arrived they didn't have my keys ready so had to wait awhile. Not the biggest deal but after a 3 day drive and having the internet cable guys waiting with me... it was frustrating.

The love The Lyla apartments! I've been here 6 months and am definitely renewing. My husband and I love the 24hr amenities and love love love the office staff and maintenance staff. They are super kind, and very attentive. They have this apartment life team that does their community events, and they don't disappoint! They're so personable and the events are a great way to meet your neighbor! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I've lived here since November 2020 and have really enjoyed my experience so far. The amenities are always clean and I've used the game room several times. I've made a lot of friends with my neighbors walking around the area or at the Apartment Life events. Price is cheaper per square foot than other apartments in the cityline area as well. Also the electric switches make sense. I've been to some of the other complexes in City Line and their electrical system makes no sense.

My favorite thing about living at the Lyla is the location is close to a bunch of different restaurants and the nature preserve. We love our two bedroom apartment and the layout.
Finding a parking spot after work can be hard to come by and sometimes the apartment complex can get noisy. Overall, have enjoyed living here.

As for the management, I am in awe over how awful it has been since Hilltop took over about 2 months ago.
I've had noise issues that were completely ignored. I kindly took care of it myself. I've had issues with how packages are delivered and handled by the office. I was dismissed and never talked to about a negative survey I filled out. I brought an interested friend to the office to tour floor plans and we were just handed keys to go look at the units ourselves with no help from a leasing agent.

Moved into the Lyla a few days back. Love the apartment and the Cityline neighborhood. Our leasing agent, Marisol went above and beyond to help us find our new home. I've had the chance to talk to the other team members Erick, Premela and Seraphina too. Everyone was super friendly and happy to help.

Marisol is the BOMB.com - she was so pleasant and well informed on the property, she really sold the place in a genuine way(you could tell she really enjoys her job.) We had seen various apartments before this and after speaking with her and seeing the property, we were pretty much sold. Great apartment complex, great amenities , great customer service, I could go on and on.
Jessica the property manager was also very pleasant and after meeting her it made loads of sense why everyone seemed very happy here. I always remember being in the field that I'm in that customer service is internal

The Lyla Apartment staff has been a true blessing for my family and I. I was in a horrible apartment move nightmare and Valerie came and saved our day! I had 24 hours to find my family a new home unexpectedly and I stumbled along The Lyla Apartments. When i provided my wants in an apartment Valerie knew exactly what model apartment to take me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE LYLA! From my initial visit through move-in day and still today, Valerie has been attentive and so sweet! Not being from this area, I had a plan to visit 10+ apartment complexes but only after seeing two (The Lyla was the first stop), I knew I wanted this place to be home.
On move-in day, I sat in 7+ hours of traffic coming from out of town and Valerie assisted with the whole process. She even met me after hours to give me my keys. I'd recommend this property to anyone! Glad to finally have found my home here in the Dalls area!

I looked all over for a place to call home and this is it. I had looked at so many apartments my head was spinning. I was concerned about space amenities location safety dog friendly and kid friendly and I found all of that at the Lyla. I moved from a 4000sq house and into a 1750sq apartment and I couldn't be happier. I had no idea that I could even find a 3 bedroom with walk in closets and a study that fit my dinning table that seat 8. This has been a dream.
