Memberships start at $30 a month and contain access to our online library with over 100 hours content or varied styles + flow!

Yoga classes and instruction at Grateful Yoga for all levels in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kids Yoga, meditation, pranayama and chanting. Students are encouraged to practice at their own pace, creating a strong, safe and steady practice. Private and small group sessions are also available, whether you have a specific injury/worry/goal, have never practiced before or are hesitant to join the class setting.

The Grateful Yoga registered teacher training program has changed names to Rise + Vibe and is still designed with the utmost flexibility in mind. Whether your schedule allows you to come daily, monthly, or seasonally, this training is designed to be accessible to many lifestyles.
