Services
Access to your classes will be shared directly to Patreon, and we're still learning how to use the site, so thanks for your patience! We have created memberships opportunities starting at $30/month! Tiered options include access to our online library, weekly classes, private sessions and unlimited classes, all organized in a way where you can pay what you can.
Yoga classes and instruction at Grateful Yoga for all levels in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kids Yoga, meditation, pranayama and chanting. Students are encouraged to practice at their own pace, creating a strong, safe and steady practice. Private and small group sessions are also available, whether you have a specific injury/worry/goal, have never practiced before or are hesitant to join the class setting.
A recent YTT graduate presented her independent study on the correlations/connections we find between the study of yoga and the study of nature. To experience connection, yoga = to yoke or "union", is to practice yoga.

In a continued effort to create union among the Grateful Yoga community adapting to this online platform we re-introduce the blog with a series of yoga + meditation activities helpful for adults and children, dynamic + accessible to all people.Leave a like, or better yet a comment, at the end of reading our post.
Grateful Yoga is pleased to offer a registered teacher training program in accordance with the 200, 300 + 500 hour Yoga Alliance standards. The Grateful Yoga registered teacher training program has changed names to Rise + Vibe and is still designed with the utmost flexibility in mind. Whether your schedule allows you to come daily, monthly, or seasonally, this training is designed to be accessible to many lifestyles.

Went for a drop in session. Lovely and relaxing space with plenty of mats for people like me who forget theirs :) I left the studio feeling absolutely confident and fulfilled; it was my first time practicing in a group environment and I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful studio in downtown Montpelier. Classes include Ashtanga (basics, primary series, mash up, and second series), vinyasa, restorative, and youth yoga twice a week.

Definitely worth checking out! I completed my first ashtanga class here and felt very welcome and learned a lot!
