We have moved online and have been loving it! While we miss gathering in person, we have decided to continue practicing together online to ensure the health and safety of everyone. If you have not tried a class, we highly recommend it. It is wonderful to cut out the commute and be able to just roll out your mat, turn on your computer and see familiar faces.
To learn how to join us for an online class, visit our online classes page. One really exciting aspect of being an online studio is that excellent teachers from all over the world can teach for us and and students can join from anywhere as well. We offer private individual yoga sessions as well as private group classes for up to 22 people.

This class is a balance of effort and ease. Students will work to strengthen and lengthen muscles during an alignment oriented asana practice and then unwind with a 20 minute guided relaxation. During the class, students will breathe into tight areas encouraging relaxations while also holding poses to build strength.
