We have loved living here! Our temporary assignment is over and we are returning home. We have enjoyed our time at Shadow Creek. The experience has been excellent. We’ve been living here for about ten months now. The service here is good. They get to snow removal way faster than other places I’ve lived before. People work in the office are really nice too. Shawn helped me dig my car out of the snow the next day after the storm. Hannah is really good at prepping lease and she always gets back to us immediately. Love living here so far!!!

Awesome place. Front office staff is always stellar friendly. Maintenance staff is quick and keeps the place in tip top shape. Having a dog park and a gym (which is very good for an apartment btw, not just a "one machine" thing) is amazing and within walking distance. Super quite, can't hear any neighboors through the walls...never have lived in a aparment where I could say that has been true. Great layouts and friendly neighboors. All around amazing complex.

Wonderful place to live! The apartments are extremely nice and they have an elevator! The staff is awesome and will go out of the way to make sure everything is just how you like it! Not to mention its pet friendly and has washer and dryer in unit! If you are looking for a new place to love where you live, I would highly recommend checking out The Flats at Shadow Creek!!!

Really great so far! The staff were really helpful in letting me tour, answering all my questions, and getting me moved in quickly during the pandemic, the apartments are amazing (I mean, an attached garage in an apartment?? Incredible, and that's only the beginning of all the really great features). And there are lots of dogs around, which is always a plus.
