Accompanied my patient to his lawyer’s office Alan Cass @225 Broadway. My patient wheelchair is not working properly and he went to find out why was it taking so long to repair?? It’s been seven months. The wheelchair is still not fixed and still waiting on parts for the wheelchair to be authorized from the insurance carrier. Alan Cass invited us into his office and my patient asked him a question about his wheelchair parts. Attorney response to my patient was he was too busy and he takes up too much time. I am 100 percent disabled. Paralyzed from the chest down. My Doctor Katz, Physical Therapist Bob from Namotion Wheelchair Repair faxed and emailed my Attorney Fred Peters documents for new back cushion, seat cushion and right leg rest. Waiting for four months and no response. I've called the Attorney office and left over twenty messages to the Paralegal Fernanda Avosta and my Attorney Fred Peters and no response. I spent Christmas in bed because my Wheelchair is not functioning properly. My Attorney couldn't call the vendor or insurance company to fix it. I find it appalling that knowing my condition

Although I know law firms are very busy but once in awhile you should stop to listen to THIS client. I’m left in the dark about my case and I feel a good game is being played here with my overall time and settlement/AWARD. I have questions and there not being answered. I have never met with anyone there in person MASK can be worn. I’m thinking that an in-person meeting will be sufficient since CALLS are not being followed-up. This cannot be that hard 🧐!!!!!!!’

They are very professional. I had the privilege of having Mr Hilfer as my attorney and he fiercely fought for me. The Workers Com Insurance my former employer had, dragged me 24 times to court. It was a hard win. We won, the insurance company appealed and we won again. It took a total of 5 years and a lot of patience!!!
