Michele S. Mirman is the founding partner of Mirman, Markovits and Landau in addition to being an award-winning personal injury lawyer with over 43 years experience. She has won over $1 billion in awards and settlements for her numerous, long time clients. Michele is known as a tough negotiator and an excellent trial lawyer.
Michael O' Hagan is an associate with the firm since 1991 and has over 25 years' experience as a litigator. His practice is focused on representing victims of municipal, corporate, and individual acts of carelessness and negligence. He handles all aspects of a diverse caseload which includes trucking and other motor vehicle accidents, construction and premises accidents, and medical malpractice cases.

Mrs. Rivera was born and raised in Bronx, NY.
David Weissman has been with the firm since he was admitted to practice almost 10 years ago. He has experience in all facets of personal injury litigation. He has done hundreds of depositions, argued hundreds of motions, and tried several cases to verdict.

My mother suffered severe injuries when she fell on a sidewalk close to her home. After she came out of the hospital we looked into a possible injury lawsuit. We spoke with many different lawyers and MML were the only ones who were concerned about the health of my mom and we’re the most patient answering all of our questions. My mother was a client of this firm a while back. She broke her arm on an icy sidewalk and underwent painful surgery. This law firm is very weak. They did not fight for her the way they should have, instead they pushed her into accepting a very low offer from the other side. Despite all these years her pain and suffering have not disappeared. She continues with the pain in the arm. It is sad that there are people out there who prefer a quick settlement rather than go all the way to the trial. That is just what thsi firm likes. I guess it is easier for them than to spend the energy on a case. The

In 1987 my husband and I ( seven months pregnant) where in a accident and Atty. Mirman (ny) tried to get my husband and US to sign papers for $4,000 when his mouth said $10,000. He was on the phone pushing us to sign. I refused and filed a complaint. My daughter was in an incubator when born. He took advantage of a young married black couple. I later learned my case was worth a whole lot more than $10,000 .Sadly, this was my 2nd no fault accident and each time the lawyers thought only of themselves. The other attorney, (1999) Atty. This is my worst experience ever! I called them for consultation. The first person on the phone asked me about the case and I told them what happened. Then she said she would transfer me to a partner. Then a man on the phone. He asked me what happened and I described the case but then he said he couldn't understand me. Then I described again. However, while I was talking, he interrupted me and said "just tell me what happened in 5 words". His attitude is super super super poor. So I summarized the case in 2 sentences.
