I cannot rate Jung and her team enough! Ive used them as my lawyer since moving to the U.S. and they have helped me every step of the way. Great people who takes your problem as it was theirs. I was in a very dark place where I had no hope, not knowing what to do. I even attempted to end my life. With help of crime victims treatment center at St lukes and Michael lehach, I was able to see a future. Just got my visas approved after the smoothest filling process I could have expected during a global pandemic. Xixi-my case lawyer has been extremely easy to work with and has been available to answer and solve all my questions within a few minutes over email.

Xixi Liu was handling my O1-B case and due to COVID19, we had to work together through emails and Skype as I am in San Francisco and she is in New York. This was our first experience with lawyers and it was not successful. We applied for an O1 visa with my wife, and from the very beginning everything was kind of good, but Fabiana.A and Dilcia were rude. Next, problems began with payment because we are in Los Angeles and all this was mixed with the rudeness of these people. After almost a year of waiting for Visa O1, we were refused. And these people wrote to us about this after 2 weeks by email without even calling. They made a very sloppy petition for my case. As a result, I didn't get my visa. When I was reviewing the petition they put together, I was in shock. They didn't mention high points of my career that could have been used to my advantage. They roughly put together my press clippings in a very chaotic and rushed way. My 16 year old cousin would have done a better job. Seriously.
This firm made me waste my money and time, and they destroyed my dream of staying in the United States.

I used that law firm for my O-1 visa. Everything was great. They were very specific with details and helped me to file all the necessary documents. I got my visa without any problems. I'm giving 4 stars only because I believe the process could have been faster. Even when they promised to file all documents would take 3 months (without the fast fee), it took longer than that. It took extra month for them and I'm not taking in consideration additional time when I was waiting for the decision from USCIS.
But other than that I would recommend it to anyone and would use them in the future
