Worse lawyer I ever met so far. Very unprofessional.
I paid 200 dollars in the middle of quarantine for a 10min talking on the phone... months I haven’t been working... he said that send me the papers by e-mail and I’ll respond you back.. 3 weeks later and no answer .. I called many times but I only spoke to his secretary and when He finally talked to me and I asked for my money back he was very rude. Waste of money!!! Thank you for nothing John Nicelli.

Represented me through my company for my H1B status renewal, a pretty straightforward process, but this firm managed to completely ruin my case. First the paralegals there are mostly incompetent, dont reply to emails or calls in time and could not even fill up the forms correctly due to which got an RFE, which is still fine at this point and not the worst possible scenario.
Now after receiving the RFE is when I found this firm completely out of its depth in how to tackle the case, even after multiple face to face meetings and phone conversations they ended up doing something which wasn't

Just recently my mother had curiosity about filing for immigration. I am 21 years old and we went to Mr.nicelli's office to see whether anything could be done. After our initial interview, he honestly told us whether or not it was worth taking up the case and in less than 8 months my mother had a social security card, a permit and finally a green card. I recommend his services and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with his services. He took care of all the paper work and would advise us before hand what would be needed and instilled confidence while the process.

Fact: he took a 50% retainer fee up front.
Fact: i made a follow-up appointment in 2002 for an update. He had none. He asked the remaining 50%.
I continued to follow-up with Mr. Nicelli's office regularly, every 3-4 months, to no avail. Frustrated with his office, i sought the counsel of a non-profit church group in 2006. Within 6 months I had work authorization. 6 months after that, I had a green card. 2 months ago I applied for US Citizenship. In the meantime, not a single phone call

Mr. Nicelli helped me to petition for my wife when she was in India. He advised me through the whole process, did all the papers and in less than a year my wife was in the US.
About twenty-one months later I asked Mr. Nicelli to file the petition to remove the conditional residence for my wife. Not only did he give us good advice and prepared our package to send to the immigration authorities, we never had an interview. My wife's case was approved without interview and her green card was sent to her in the mail. I soon expect to call Mr. Nicelli again to file my wife's naturalization

While I would love to delve into the details of my case, I would rather wait until it is over to do so. However, I will say this: I hired John Nicelli last year to remove the conditions on my green card. While this should have been relatively simple, he advised that I file under a waiver under which I did not even qualify. This resulted in a chaotic mess that nearly got me deported from the United States.
