From the first time you walk into the office you feel very calm and welcomed. The Attorneys, paralegals and the rest of the staff are very attentive to your every need. I was explained everything that was going to happen during the process. Phone calls are returned promptly. Attempting to submit Social Security paperwork without an untrained eye is not advisable. Questions are lightly leading and need to be answered in the same light as they are asked.
So genius over here decides to do it anyway -- and submits a 25 page document / questionnaire, with close to one hundred supporting documents, all extra copies made, labeled, highlighted so on and so forth. Well, it gets returned a few weeks later and now I have three weeks for the clarifications and grey areas to be cleaned up -- they found my work to be vague.
Immediately warming up to Richard due to his kind smile
