I am very very grateful to Spector, Spector & Berman for completing my case in such a short period of time. My case was stuck for almost 4 years, usually similar cases take 1 or 2 years. It was very difficult to communicate with USCIS and get any clear response from them. All responses from them were just to wait and check my case status online. I’ve had a bad experience rescheduling my naturalization interview through USCIS Customer Service. For some reason my request got lost in the guts of USCIS and I’ve been served a failure to appear for interview notice with 30 days to appeal. I’ve called USCIS Customer Service to appeal and explain and been told that a higher tier officer will call me back. So I’ve waited and waited for that call almost till my deadline, but it wasn’t coming.
