Dr. Jones listens and explains what needs to be corrected and if there are options he gives his patient the opportunity to make a good choice. Dr. Jones and his staff are amazing! They are so friendly and professional! Wait time is minimal and the quality of service is awesome! Dr. Jones demonstrates a passion for his career and is very patient centered! He and his staff are very patient and work well with patients like me that has really bad dental anxiety. Dr. Jones and his assistant made my appointment fun and gave me the time I needed without being rushed! You will feel valued and important at this clinic.

I loved my first visit at Highland Park Dental! I was referred by my orthodontist to come here for the sensitivity I have been experiencing. Dr. Jones and his assistant were very transparent and informative on the options we will try in order to fix it which reassured me that we will find a solution.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist in my life. My husband and I, on separate occasions, went to have our teeth cleaned and on both occasions we were told they would not clean our teeth. We both literally had waited, had our x-rays done and then were told they would not clean our teeth today for various reasons. This was after having waited several months for an appointment and altering our schedules to make time to have a basic essential health service performed on our teeth. It is honestly just bizarre. This is a great dental practice located in the heart of Highland Park, and across the street from SMU. The whole team was attentive and easy to work with. I asked to be on their cancellation list and they called me several times to see if they could work me in sooner. Dr. Jones took the time to get to know me, and do my exam. The hygienist was thorough and kind. At the beginning of my cleaning she offered to turn the television to a channel I preferred. At the end of my appointment they had my favorite Starbucks drink waiting for me at the counter, a complimentary service they provide. Parking

Great staff and great dentist! My husband and I both love coming to HP Dental. Always welcoming, clean, professional and friendly. Dental cleaning is impeccable and I enjoyed being able to watch Netflix during my cleaning. Very relaxing. PLUS- they treat you with your favorites Starbucks drinks upon check out! Such a fun treat for adults!
