Crown Point Apartments

We have been living at crown point for 8 years, and we could not be happier with the management, maintenance and upkeep of the apartments. Andrew is the manager, and he does an amazing job. The apartments are perched on a slight hill affording amazing views of the canyon crest country club golf course. A lot of foliage and greenery surrounds the apartments with tall pines and eucalyptuses. Although rent has increased throughout the years, it is definitely worth it. Lived there almost 2 years, and enjoyed this community very much, I would still be if I could ~ there were so many long term residents 15 + years , that if an apt became available, it was rented right away ~
I really think the Manager,Andrew, had a lot to do with how smooth everything ran & how quiet this community was~ If there were any issues, maint, etc~ it was handled right away ~ you could always count on Andrew's professionalism & his sense of humor, which sure helped a lot with the trying year we've all had with COVID .
I would definitely recommend this apt community!

Have lived in a lot of Apt's around the world & i really really like this place. so far it's quiet, peaceful,very clean and the Manager Andrew in my opinion does an outstanding job. handles every problem immediately with respect & a great sense of humor.it's a very diverse range of tenants which I like and everyone I come in contact with is respectful of others. so great place to live

I have been here almost a year and all I can say is that it is perfect. I feel so safe and it’s nice and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Management goes out of their way to help, and maintenance is great. I have a beautiful view and I think I’ll stay here forever LOL

Absolutely the BEST apartment manager we ever had, Andrew is very kind, and professional. He is quick for repairs, and any other issues. He makes sure the apartment complex stayed safe.

Elevator isn't working well but the manager didn't let me know at the first time we move in. We realized that at move in day. One day my son stuck in the elevator and my dog almost die bc the elevator didn't open.
I complained to manager about the elevator but he said "you can you stairs ". And he kept saying that this elevator is normal. That's it.
That was kind of mean. The manager isn't friendly .
I'm not sure the elevator has been fixed or not.
Anyway it was dangerous.
I agree with that this apartment isn't safe for kids and pets.
But maintenance guy was good.

Crown point apartments are a great place to live. Pet friendly, spacious apartments right on the golf course. Great management and quiet, friendly neighbors. In unit washer and driers and a nice pool. Would have stayed for much longer if I hadn’t gotten a new job somewhere else.

I cannot express how much I love these apartments. We have a gorgeous back patio view on the golfcourse and the best Apt. Mgr and Maintenance man anyone could ask for. You really can't beat the location and what you get for the money here in Riverside.

It is not safe for elderly, children, or pets here. The elevator is severely dysfunctional and it has not been fixed for years. Everyone is so afraid of the elevator they just walk the stairs now. Even if they have groceries or children. If they fix the elevator to the quality of a normal apartment complex, this place is really great.

I lived in Crown Point Apartments for about 2 years. I loved living there. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The staff are professional and make sure things are taken care of right away...

I lived at the Crown Point Apartments for a few years, from 2004-2005. Actually had a pretty good experience. But recently, I was contacted by a collection agency about a Direct TV charge at Crown Point from last year! And it wasn't even in the unit I had lived in over ten years ago. So I had to go through an elaborate process with Direct TV to establish that my identity was stolen.

I also called the management, wondering how my Social Security was available and after all this time. VERY unhelpful and unsympathetic. All he could proffer was that the unit in question couldn't even

It’s more than a year that I am living here, so far, as a student I like here more than any other apartment that I used to live in, here in Riverside. It’s pretty clean and affordable apartments with peaceful neighbors mostly quiet. I am completely satisfied with maintenance and management. There are washer and dryer in apartment and they just replaced the refrigerators with brand new side by side refrigerators. Not a luxury apartment but a comfy and affordable place to live with beautiful view of golf course.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years going on 3. We love it! Very quiet and peaceful, and reasonably priced for a 2 bedroom with a washer/dryer. We love our golf course view. We are walking distance from Ralphs, Starbucks, and much more! Only complaints would be that the kitchen is pretty small and our oven is pretty old, but it's functional. Our manager has always been available for our concerns, overall great staff and great location!

My husband and I are currently looking for a 2 bedroom in the Canyon Crest area. I have to say that most of the properties in the area have sub par office staff, Crown Pointe being no exception.
They have old listings posted on Craigslist, so I contacted them asking if any were currently available, or any were coming up. I was responded to a few days later stating they had a 2 bedroom available in July. The email also stated they had very strict credit requirements so I emailed back asking what those were, and I never received a response.
So I tried calling them, and calling them, and calling
