I’ve lived in Tribeca for almost 6 months and have loved every minute of it! The rental office staff are so friendly and helpful. The entire facility is super clean and the apartment layouts are beautiful. It’s been a very pleasant experience thus far and I hope to stay the next 3 years while in grad school!

An awesome place to live! The floor layouts are incredibly spacious and the cost for a 2 bed 2 bath is very reasonable. There is easy access to a lot of nice amenities including pool, gym, movie theater, and game/common lounge. They accommodate for pets as well. The staff at Tribeca are also very accommodating and very friendly. Very good about fixing anything that has issues in the apartment in a timely manner. Have not had any issues here thus far!

I have been immensely pleased with my living experience at Tribeca. The facilities are modern and well maintained. The atmosphere is mostly quiet except for occasional gatherings in the common room on the first floor near the office that have not been bothersome to me at all. The property manager and assistants are incredibly kind and helpful, they really care about the residents. They host frequent free events for the residents both in the lounge and at local bars/restaurants. They provided free thanksgiving dinner this year as well as a holiday celebration at High Banks, among many other small

Great apartment complex, very clean amenities and great location. Staff are always available and quick to respond and help with any concerns and always smiling. Maintenance requests are always completed quickly and in a timely manner. Lots of events for residents and donut days are always something I look forward to. Have been living here for 3 years and would re-sign my lease!

The amenities are great though probably not worth the excessive rent. Maintenance is generally helpful, but has to request service to my washer multiple times before they believed it broken. The management is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, often facetious, and rude. They don't care about their tenants and try to strongarm you when you have reasonable requests.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Do NOT put your name on the waitlist here, they will not give you your money back which is more then $250 because they "weren't able to offer me a place yet". This decision was even out of my hands because I am no longer staying in the Columbus area but they still refused to give it back.

Buyer Beware- If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. We moved in mid-May of 2016. In the summer we were BROKEN INTO TWICE. Inside the building there are storage rooms that you can rent. Well we rented one for extra items that cluttered the apartment and it was the biggest mistake. We had close to $10,000 worth of items stolen between the two break-ins. We had to beg to get a dead bolt put on the door after the first time. The best part - none of the supposed "security" of the building could be utilized: the door key phobia tracker wasn't tracking data and the

I enjoyed living in Tribeca for the past 2 years. Rent is more expensive than the older apartments but you get much better amenities. The office staff has been very helpful and friendly. I usually just go to the office whenever I needed something. They are pretty responsive on requests for fixing something too. Would recommend this place.

I lived in Tribeca for 3 years during a pretty hectic phase of life (residency) and couldn't be happier with the experience. The 2 BR/2 BA apartment itself is modern and comfortable for 2 single girls. The front staff were always helpful and responsive. Just put in a request for simple things like changing light bulbs, and it's handled within a couple days. The amenities were a welcome convenience, and I saved money by not having to join a gym. Only complaint is that the only cable company you can use is Time Warner, which every knows kind of blows from a customer service/price gouging

I absolutely LOVE living here. I've never been at a complex that has such amazing management. They are attentive, so quick to fix anything that might be wrong, and super friendly. I've lived here for about 2 months, and I've had one maintenance issue that was fixed within 24 hours. The office responds to emails so quickly, and the place it kept pristine. After living in about 5 different complexes in Columbus, this is by far the best.
the waiting list is SO worth it.

I have never lived here, but this is about being careful even to get on their waiting list! I was on their waiting list for over a year, I really wanted to move in at that time, with everything looks new and stuffs. I had to pay 200 dollars to be on the wait list, but I thought it'll all worth it if I can move in.
Initially I was in contact with a person in the office named Laura, when she didn't have apartments available for me when my other lease is up, I decided to stay on the waiting list but signed a shorted lease at my other place and change my desired move-in date. Laura said she

Love living here! Brand new apartments with all the trimmings. Has heated towel bar, wine fridge, crown moldings, rain shower and granite countertops.
All of the people at the leasing office have been nothing but polite and helpful!
They also have a garage that has electric keyed entry for added security. As well as keyed entrance to the whole building. Would highly recommend!
