I needed a personal injury attorney for a accident I was in. Philips law firm takes a different approach to representation then what I was expecting. I though I would be dealing with a attorney directly. That was not the case. I never spoke directly to a attorney. I never knew the name of the attorney assigned to my case. Instead they use case managers. These case managers do the administration part of the case. They may or may not have legal traing. JUSTICE FOR YOU.... Sounds like a great slogan to build a company around. I have yet to see any thing that justifies that company slogan. Every time I call every 4 to 6 weeks they say. " We just heard from them yesterday or they still need more information. So after 6 months of that and getting absolutely nowhere I ask to go to trial. I spoke with the office manager/ attorney in charge of the office.
I was asked if 2:30pm on December 4th 2020 was a good time to call to speak to the attorney that would be going to trial. I have not heard back from them as of yet and today is December 23rd 2020

If I could give Zero stars I would this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my whole life. They have had my case for over five years and have been giving me the runaround the whole time. Supposedly my case is closed ( has been for a year. Over all- they did what they were hired to do. They recovered the full policy limits of an uninsured motorist claim for me. They always responded to my emails immediately. The only thing, if I were to complain, would be that I never had monthly contact from them. Unless I emailed them first. But as far as their performance being competent attorneys, they did their job and I am pleased with them recovering the full amount available to me.

The single WORST ABSOLUTELY WORST experience in NON-COMMUNICATION I have ever had in my 70+ years. After my initial very cordial and welcoming contact, I had to call more than 20 times and drive all the way to their office before I ever spoke to a live human being about my case. It should have taken maybe six months to settle but now, after more than 2.5 YEARS, I finally received a paltry check minus, of course, their 33% commission. If you want not one but 5 of the worst lawyers in the world go to Phillips Law Service!! Once you've given in writing your report 5 times to the 5 different people the one who actually speaks to the adjuster (supposedly on your behalf) will not even of read it and be completely clueless to your case.

My experience with Phillips law firm was the worst. I met with them in person one time, from then on it was the worst customer service ever. Their turn over rate with their staff seems to be very quick. Everytime I called my case was passed on to a different person who had no idea what was going on. They never called to check in with me. I would leave three to four voicmails to talk with someone and get updates, they wouldn't even call me back they would just send me an email response. i felt out of the loop throughout the entire process. Horrible, the worst customer service ever. Don't go there. They drug my husbands injury case on for 15 months doing nothing while he lived and still lives in excruciating pain. Then for no reason, they dumped the case. I wish they had a negative star to rate these crooks. They are the most non caring group of people who call themselves lawyers. Don't trust all those commercials, they lie.

I called these folks about a case, hoping to speak briefly with a attorney. No such luck because Phillips is a MODERN, SYSTEMATIZED BUSINESS.....yesirree.....What is it that makes these people think they can treat you like dirt and you're just supposed to put up with it?
