So, today I call up to Cynthia office to have my son computer add to me personal article policy that I have at her office, I spoke to Christina Donald who was rude and very disrespectful. As a formal employee of this office, I was told to transfer my policies out of the office and she proceeded to hang up the phone. I am unsure of her motives behind this statement, however I was a customer of State Farm before I became an employee of this office and should be treated accordingly. This is truly a bad look for the office, if its acceptable speak to customer like this I definitely no longer want to

I have been a customer of this agency since 2015 when I purchased my home. Their professionalism and service are stellar! The contemporary decor and cleanliness creates a bright and welcoming ambiance. It is evident that customer service and appreciation are values for this agency.
