Do you value the health and safety of your family? Probably should look elsewhere. This company is the single most blame shifting organization I've ever had the displeasure of spending money on...and I used to have Comcast. Anyway the crux of the issue is this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to how poor our time living here was, but suffice it to say a tree fell on the roof my son sleeps under as well as our neighbor's roof. I'm not here to complain about an event beyond their control, but how they responded afterwards...which was not at all. We had to reach out to them for comment

Delayed posting because I’m thinking back to how much I miss my apartment at Rockcliffe and the incredible management team. They were always quick in scheduling maintenance services whenever I emailed them. They even left happy birthday cards on my front door! The grounds are incredibly well kept. They’re also quick to clean snow off of the driveways during the winter. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for an affordable, well serviced apartment in an incredible location on the South Hill.

I got lucky . . . couldn't get into another place when an apartment at Rockcliffe opened up . . . and I'm glad it did.
The look of the place is so organic, with smaller buildings spaced apart . . . lots of lawn and trees as well. The place is a little older but the appliances and apartments are well maintained . . . and the price is pretty good! The location, near to the 29th and Regal Avenue business corridors, is great . . . Safeway, Rosauer's, Trader Joes, Super1 and Target are close by. It is only a few minutes from downtown and is right next door to Lincoln Park.

The location and cost are good, but there are a couple of significant downsides to living here.
First, if your neighbor smokes, guess what? So do you, because these older buildings are so drafty that it seems like they are puffing away in your living room.
In Rockcliffe II, the least-old part of the development, the fan over the stove does not vent to the outside, it just blows back into the kitchen, so your entire apartment will smell like whatever you last cooked.

Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to live on a budget.
The grounds are kept up beautifully, the atmosphere is nice and quiet usually, and the staff are amazing to work with. I had a problem with my water heater about two months after moving in, maybe more. It is located in the same room with the washer/dryer hookups and I noticed something alarming at the bottom of the heating unit. There were char marks near the electrical panel. After notifying the office of what I had found, they had a brand-new unit installed the following day. Not bad, considering at a previous

This place is a godsend for people looking for affordable housing that isn't a complete dumpster fire here in Spokane.
I moved in here in 2015, and I was in a hurry to find a place, as the renting situation I was in before had evaporated quickly. That happens with four people renting a giant house together. Anyway, I had about a month to find a spot, and a new job that I had started maybe two weeks prior. I was sweating bullets.
Almost magically, I found this place and did a walkthrough of the show unit that sits above the office area. I loved the layout, but was informed that they only

I absolutely love living here!
I’ve been here for 3+ years now and have no plans on leaving any time soon, the beautiful scenery, it’s so nice and quiet and I love how close it’s located to everything I need!
I do find the review below mine rather funny in that I knew some of the people involved in the “tree incident” and they’ve seriously blown it way out of proportion. But to each their own, some play the victim when they aren’t even entitled to be one and some just move on with their lives.
The staff here is friendly and my work orders get done in a timely manner and what I

I moved in here in Nov. 2016 and love it so far. Only have had one maintenance call so far, it was taken care of that day within hours. Mngt is nice, although they don't always have the answers to my questions but no great concern. Utilities are reasonable, grounds are well taken care of. A great value IMO for the money these days in Spokane, especially since you get a garage included. Next to Lincoln Park, can walk to supermarkets and public transportation. Quiet, nice neighbors, and beautiful scenery. If you want a great value and don't mind living in an older development, this one is the best

My restricted breed dog is way more friendly than your staff. Stupid rules like this are why people feel compelled to lie about having a therapy animal. But until you take the time to have a logical dog policy that restricts problem animals on an individual basis I strongly recommend people exploit this loophole.

We have lived here for almost two years now and we absolutely love it here! The whole complex is just beautiful and the landscaping crew is amazing! They are outside every single day working so hard and we certainly appreciate it! The management has always been soo kind to us! They go above and beyond in my opinion. During the huge storm in… November of 2015 they actually showed up at our doorstep with hot coffee, cocoa, tea, and snacks! And they left a hand written birthday card on our door for my husbands birthday, which just blew us away! (Never ever had a management team do something

Cindy in the office should never be allowed to work in any type of customer service. First of all, when we moved in we wrote a report of everything cosmetic that was wrong with the apartment. During the time there, we cleaned the carpets two times with a very very good carpet shampooer (keep in mind we never wore shoes in the house, so mainly it was dust and whatever the little dog tracked in). After moving out she told me that those carpet shampooers push the dirt back down and don't do anything (even though I had dirt come up). She tried to charge us an extra $145 on top of our $300 deposit

The one star is for the maintance/landscaping crew. Other than the nice landscaping this was the worst living experience I have ever had. The management was not only unprofessional but unhelpful and flat out rude!! If you make the mistake of living at this mismanaged facility just skip over the onsite management office and go directly to the corporate office for any issues of any sort.

When looking for a new place to live, I was drawn to The Rockcliff Apts for its location, the quietness and, the price of rent.
When we moved in there was a WELCOME mat at the front door, a pizza and soda in the fridge and, every holiday there is a treat bag on the door. The management here really cares for us and for the astetics of the… neighborhood we live in.
The buildings are positioned in such a way that it doesn't feel like an apartment complex. The grounds are kept in such a natural way that it feels like a real yard.
We LOVE it here!

I have NEVER been more disappointed with a company in my life. My husband and I have looked at numerous places to live in the Spokane area but I was scared off by the apartment manager before even getting the chance to see a place. I cannot believe the rudeness of the management and the crazy stories I have heard from other residents it makes me sick to my stomach. As soon as the current residents I know have moved out I will be sure to write another review with specific details as to why no one should live here--- but I don't want those residents to be treated even worse than they already are
