My experience with the Core Natomas is exactly what I was looking for. A place that provides the luxury looking apartments, amazing amenities(my favorites are being able to have Starbucks coffee at anytime I want and the beautiful gym). What did it for me is while out of town, I email Nadezhda about my package that was delivered to the wrong apartment and she responded within an hour and had the resident at that apartment bring it to her to hold it for me :)

I’ve been eying this place for some time and worked with several people in the leasing office. Nadia is fairly new and she is AMAZING! Not only is she responsive but she truly cares about the tenants. She made sure my concerns were addressed. Dwaine is also very responsive and professional. The place is clean, quiet and so far the people who’ve I come across at in this complex (neighbors) have been friendly and respectful. The maintenance team is also AMAZING! What can I say? So far, I’m very happy!

By far the most backwards and worst application process I have ever been through with a property. The leasing team is nice but has terrible communication. It was tooth and nail just to get my application fully submitted. I have only been here for a month as of now and I am already looking to move due to the lack of care this leasing team has for their tenants. When I moved into my unit, it was not properly cleaned and sanitized. The walk through happens without the tenant which makes no sense. So be sure to inspect everything in your unit your first few days here. If you decide to move here, do

I would like to give a shout out to the leasing office - Nadia in particular. Such a highly professional, extremely responsive and kind employee. She gave us a wonderful tour, explained everything in great detail, and has been immediate in processing our application. She even responded to my email on her day off. Can not say enough nice things about her!

This a beautiful apartment complex, BUT they stole my holding deposit. Back in March, my family and I were going to move into the 3bd/2ba which was still being constructed. We completed our application and was approved. We requested to see the apartment before our move in date. We had to wait while the apartment was being cleaned before they let us in. Fancy apartments, but poorly configured and designed. Too much unnecessary space in the bathrooms and closet size bedrooms. Same day we withdrew our application and asked about the holding deposit. We were told we would have to wait 6-8 weeks. Fast

We moved in on May 15 and we were so excited with all the amenities and services provided. This quickly turned to disappointment. The 1st week here I got trapped in the elevator and none of the emergency buttons worked to get help. I was lucky that I was able to use my cell phone, even though it took me 15 minutes to connect with someone on the outside due to bad cell connection inside the elevator. The fire department ultimately came to my rescue. It took a while to get me out, per Sam ( fireman ) they could not locate the keys to the elevator as they were not left on site. The fire department

What can I say? The place is gorgeous. We love our new apartment with so many beautiful features. The energy-saving appliances are amazing. We have an attached garage on our unit which I now have figured out I can’t live without. The pool and cabanas are a must on a hot day. Great people live here in our community as well. We love our new place.
I also want to take the time to mention the employees that work here. Adriana and Elena have been the most pleasant and hard-working property managers/leasing agents for this particular site. We had a lot of needs and questions upon our move in that
