She began her Pilates career after her professional ballet career ended and she credits Pilates with giving her a positive relationship to her body after struggling to maintain one for years as a dancer. She's been teaching the Pilates work for over twenty years and knows first-hand the power movement can have over the health of a body, mind, and spirit.
