My mother lives here and has had some health issues recently. Molly and Kristen in the office have gone above and beyond to help us figure some things out. I appreciate their hard work, especially during such a stressful time. The 2 maintenance guys are wonderful and a huge help. Thanks for all you do!

I would provide 5 stars, but I think consumers and renters should read this post. We enjoy living at Myrtle Landing and have nothing but praise for Molly, Kristen, and the staff. Our concern involves the unreasonable annual increases in rent. The latest offer we received raises our rent by 14%-15% or $2800 ($234 per month). We consistently hear the “market value” rationale to justify the significant rent increase at Myrtle Landing, but that argument only goes so far. In the past year alone, inflation has increased by 6.2% and gasoline has crept up to $3.20 per gallon. So, I pose the following

I am very impressed with the team at Myrtle Towns, specifically Kirsten and Molly. Every question I have had they have responded to in a timely fashion. The apartment was clean and ready for move in when they said it would be. The facilities are clean and the community itself looks so nice! Our family has been extremely happy since we moved to Myrtle Landing. The property is spotless, the neighbors are all absolutely wonderful and the staff is over the top amazing in every way. The staff and neighbors all felt like family right from the beginning. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and we couldn't be happier living here.
