March 2 2020 I was for looking for an apartment. There are apartment that I didn’t meet their qualifications and some of them they just turn me down . When I pass by Veranda I said last try so I went and the leasing staff Staci and I forgot her name But I call her mommy;) they welcome me so good. As soon as I come in the atmosphere it’s so different from other apartment I went to.
I came in a wrong time cause they need to go lunch they say I need to come back in an hour and honestly I don’t have to come back cause I may not qualify. But for some reason Veranda was calling me so I follow

Staci and the management are awesome. They were very helpful and informative when we came here to apply. Me and my family enjoy the living space and haven’t had any issues whatsoever. The fireplace is a nice touch and the layout is unique. It is a very spacious apartment. The maintenance is also great!

I recommend not applying here, they are not willing to work with military families. If you get denied or chose to go elsewhere it takes over a month to receive your deposit refund. My experience here was not the best, my husband and I decided to apply after taking the time to walk in without an appointment one day. We had the horrible opportunity to work with Stacy. The Veranda’s had a 2 bedroom available that my husband got to view and video record for me since I was at work. (There office hours Mon-Fri 9-5, not convenient for the average 8-5 employee like myself) We decided to pay the application

Dumpsters are always overflowing with trash, mattresses, old appliances. The office is never open and unresponsive to complaints. Our kitchen sink has not been draining ever since we moved in a month ago and nobody comes to fix it. Drawers and closets do not open and close properly. I'm unimpressed.

I do not recommend these apartments if you are looking at them please do not rent here. The dumpsters are always over flowing and you can not use them properly but you will be charged about 30$ a month for it. U can also smell the trash from your front door. The wall are very thin u can hear everything and management takes forever to do anything about noisy Neighbors. Most the time it's impossible to get ahold of management ether they are not answering the phone or they simply are not there during business hours or close early with no notice why. We moved here from Mississippi didn't have any where to live with my children.I seen Verandas on Google and I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Stacie and Ms DeeAnna the Manager and Ast....As mothers they understood my cry for help.These lady's went over and beyond to help call and kept up with our case like they was fighting for there on children. Wonderful lady's amazing Apt complex to stay here.yes we moved and today in feel very happy with our out come.thank you all so much
