The place is really nice and very well maintained. The leasing office for the most part does a great job and every time I’ve needed maintenance they’ve been prompt. This is where my issue lies. The price that I pay is insanity. And I get that everywhere renters are being price gouged because of the housing issues we’re having in florida but to pay over 2 grand a month for a 2x2 is a little excessive. Especially when you can barely get to sleep from the cars on the interstate. It’s currently 1am and I hear every car passing by our complex. If you’re a light sleeper or have a hard time

We have lived here for 5 months now and have loved every minute. We looked at 4 other places before deciding on The Oasis and it was the perfect choice. You can’t beat the location in proximity to everything. We even have our own private bridge to Town Center! The pool is amazing and never crowded, the fitness center has everything you would need, and they keep everything here immaculate. From the fresh mulch and newly planted flowers to the pressure washed hallways. Trash service 5 days a week and a beautiful pond to walk around. We just absolutely love our new home!!

I did not receive a call, but there has been clear efforts made.
The smoke problems have calmed down considerably.
They've also started aggressively patrolling the parking lot now for vehicles without permits, which is a fantastic change in how it's been in the past.
I hope this trend continues, I only wish it had been more timely.

Firstly not enough parking for amount of apartments, also pay $100 a month for a tech package that’s over promised, shared public wifi? Think of the amount of devices in a community of this size, joke. Slow speeds, connection issues, can’t connect certain devices since it is a public domain. No choice for other wifi either. Don’t get me wrong Nice property and amenities and I do find the inside of the units to be spacious and enjoyable. Maintenance is good for the most part but had a few tasks fall through the cracks. This apartment complex charges you for an electronics package that greatly increases the price of the apt. You get a tv box with some channels, and the worst WiFi I’ve ever used. That’s bar none, and I wish I was kidding. They MAKE you pay for their own WiFi, or you must pay more for an individual setup as well as the terrible apartments WiFi if you’d like additional service provider. The internet will actually just turn off completely at times with no warning. Cannot even log on. Keep this in mind if you telecommute during the highest telecommuting spike in our nations history

My husband and I just moved here and our experience has been great! Samantha was incredibly helpful and answered the many questions we asked her. The move in process went very well and our unit is absolutely gorgeous. The maintenance team is fantastic; Noah came and replaced all the handles on our blinds because I couldn’t reach them. He and everyone else were so friendly and on top of things. We couldn’t be happier here.

I’ve lived in quite a few different apartment complexes but this is by far the best. Moved in 01/04/21 and so far I have been enjoying everything. Kelly and Samantha were fantastic to work with as well as incredibly patient (as I called a million times asking questions). Had a very minor maintenance issue and it was resolved within a short time.
