Went in there to pick up a wrap and egg sandwich ,the cashier was very disrespectful,gave me an attitude when I asked her how much it was .Very poor service

Whenever you call they put you on hold, and never come back to the phone. If you call back throughout the day the phone is still off the hook. Horrible service this is happened multiple times.

I like Kathy's but the sandwiches aren't the best! In the Bronx you get a generous sandwich. Kathy's gives you one piece of meat and hard fried egg and cheese. A lot of people go to Kathy's but I think it's because that's all we have on this side.

Kathy's has the best bagels in rockland hands down. If you don't believe me you haven't been here. These guys know how to make a bagel that will blow your mind!! Also they just put in a new hot food bag that looks great! Come check it out! You won't be disappointed!!

During a pandemic this is only a few establishments that still require a minimum on credit card payments. My order came out to $4.50 and they had to "up charge" to $6. Will not be returning to this business.

I am not from the area my friend recommended Kathy’s bagels and I will never go there again. I ordered on the phone because I know that there would be a wait especially on the busy morning. I go in and went to the register because like I repeat I AM NOT from the the area and don’t know you are suppose to go in the ordering line even though I already ordered. I was ignored by several employees. Mind you I am standing there with the cash ready to give them. No ever stopped to asked am I being helped or if I have any questions. I DON’T mind waiting but let me know DO NOT ignore me! Honestly

Such an amazing place for breakfast bagels. I actually me Kathy today and she is the sweetest most down to earth person ever. We recently moved over from London and she made me feel right at home giving advice on settling down etc. Kathy makes THE BEST caramel machiatto btw.
