I recently moved out with no complaints. I notified the office in advance I would not be renewing my lease to be closer to my new job. I talked to Anthony and when it came time to move out everything went smoothly. After reading some reviews I wanted to wait until I receive my deposit back before posting mine. All I can say is I have no idea what was wrong with other peoples cases but in mine it went exactly how it should have gone.

Ever since I moved in I been dealing with flea problems & don’t have any pets or ever owned one , there’s even flea worms all by my sink I keep getting them to spray & they question me like I know what’s going on , when they need to be the ones to tell me , it’s been a problem since I moved in & I don’t have any pets . My daughter & my skin is ruined, I’m a entertainer and can’t even work my skin is so horrible from flea bites but wants to make sure rent is paid before they fix the problem

Absolutely horrible there. Upon moving in, my apartment was filthy, ceiling fan not installed yet, a/c not working. Our vehicles kept getting towed, sketchy characters walking around ungated and unsafe property, filthy property. Glad to have moved out of there. Overpriced for garbage. Renovations won't cover up all the other issues.

ITS A TRAP. If you Value your hard earned money guys then find a place that's deserves it.To begin with management is terrible. They just want to get your money and that's all they care about. Use your utilities or not their charges are always high. For the last 8 months I wasn't living there as I had moved in with my girlfriend but was paying for the rent and utilities cause of the contract . I have never missed any payments nor ever delayed any payments. When I had put in my 60 days notice they told me that ill have to pay for the 2 months rent and utilities and a early termination fee of $1520

If you look at previous reviews there terrible. I had the same experience as a couple of the reviews already posted. My name is Bryan Florian and I applied the 31st of March and within a hour or two was denied for a misdemeanor they claimed I had in 2017. I looked up this and it was a non conviction and should not have barred me from getting an apartment. I’ve been at my current apartments which are a lot nicer for over a year and my lease ended recently so I’ve been month to month and it’s more expensive as to why I applied to fairway v apartments. As a landlord myself, I am very happy with my experience at Fairways 5. They have one of the best management teams in town. Michael and Monica try their best to help their tenants in every way they can. They are very willing to work with tenants and applicants when they have difficult situations and reasonable requests. Their ultimate goal is to let tenants stay as long as they can. I appreciate everything they have done to help me in my specific situation from the bottom of my heart.
The one-bedroom apartment is very spacious, clean, and with tons of storage. Maintenance is awesome, very responsive

This place is a joke. Don't rent there if you look it up on google it has 5 stars by made up tenants. They don't care about just getting paid. Was post get my apartment pro rate for 5 days because forced us to move because they renovating my apartment. But got my bill for 5 days 800 dollars. The pool always dirty the water is going out every week. There no hot water just cold water. This is the worst place to live period stay away from it.

Bottom of the barrel. I went without an AC for THREE MONTHS, in the summer time!! Ya I know. I begged and pleaded for an AC and after THREE MONTHS one of the maintenance guys let me use a window unit until they finally got the parts to fix mine from Antarctica. But wait that’s not all!! The hot water in my tub ran full blast for SIX MONTHS before… they fixed it. It was so bad that two inches of calcium built up in the tub because they refused to fix it. Not only that, but the water heater for the entire building and adjacent building busted twice directly because they refused to repair

I love living at Fairways V, the staff is so nice they know you by name. The Maintenance staff are out of this world great! I came home from running some errands and they were at my door ready to work on a ticket I had just put in.. All my ladies in the office go out of there way to make sure your happy living there. Great area very happy!

Absolutely terrible. I lived here from fall 2013 to spring 2015 and not by choice. It was the only thing available at the time. There's mold in the air vents, I'm quite sure they don't do background checks, and maintenance is awful. My A/C was out for 6 weeks during the summer. Everytime I asked about it or put in another request, it was brushed off. "Oh, maintenance will be in tomorrow." Yeah. Right. So after 6 weeks of misery for my two little ones, husband, me I finally marched down to the office and cursed out the old property manager lady in front of some prospecting

From the very first day I have had nothing but headaches from this apartment complex. There are major issues that have gone unaddressed for far too long. I have tried to communicate with the management on site, and have had no success. I get the runaround and have been lied to. Several work orders never completed, absolutely no communication from management whatsoever. I've tried calling corporate and no one ever returns calls. It has escalated to the point of no return. I recommend avoiding this complex and moving as far away from these incompetent people who call themselves professionals
