Emerald Apartments

Staff has been wonderful and super friendly. I have not had any issues with anyone. It is quiet and for the price you cant beat it. I just signed another years lease. I love it here .

Was a good first apartment. Little to no troubles. Ac had broke in the summer amd took a couple days to fix though. Never saw one bug in my unit. Front office lady's are nice. Quiet apartments atleast for me, may depend on which unit location you get.

I will never again use their laundry facility. Washer machines ruin your clothes because they don't maintaince them properly when broken. Your clothes will be all wrapped around that black pole in the middle. Plus who charges $1.50 to wash and then $1.50 to dry??!! Hesitate on giving refund as well... very disappointed.

I have a good friend that lives here and he loves it and it seems like a great place I hear of no complaints and they have lived there for quite a while

Price was alright if you were to add electric, water and trash. Space looks/feels bigger than it actually is. The maintenance was spot on and on top of everything.
Had some disappointment in my last walkthrough. They charged me for a few things that were already missing when I first got the apartment (shower rod, carpet spots were their previously, and oven drip pans.).
Not a huge deal, just letting y’all know to take good pictures and make sure you can challenge what they are trying to say.
Also avoid canceling your lease there is no buy out price to leave. You either give notice and pay

Very caring staff! Maintenance team is one of the best I've ever seen! The property is very clean and neat. Lots of grass areas. Apartments are being upgraded all the time. The best part about this apartment community is the utilities are included in the rent. Which is very comparable to other apartment communities in the area who do not offer utilities included in thier rent pricing.

We don't live here yet but we're on a waiting list so we'll see. Amanda was the agent who took us on a tour and she's fabulous. She's lived in the area a long time so she's a wealth of information. We enjoyed our time with her.

Management here are just super nice and accommodating. But the constant price increase every year is ridiculous! Ask for some upgrades after living here for over 7 years and that is extra rent. But they attend to your needs rather quickly. They seem to be in a hurry to get the price up to new apartments in downtown Phx.

Been living here for about 6 months. At first it seemed nice. But lately it has gotten so bad. Had a few break ins of cars, one person living here had his car stolen and burned in the desert. People cannot control their dogs, letting them bark all the time. And the office does nothing, says its not their problem. They have no security, the property is not well lite at night. No monitoring of personal property. you think with all the money this place takes in a month they could afford a security system. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The next thing you know they will be breaking

Moved here a couple of months ago. Nice area,clean, the pool is nice but have not been in it since its cooled down a bit so I can't rate if it really is heated. The fitness room is disappointing the equipment is really old and treadmill was broken last time I checked. I should have looked at that better on my tour,I didn't want to have to pay for a gym membership somewhere.
The apartments are nice and very roomy. I have a 1 bedroom. The colors are nice,no boring white walls is a plus! So glad to have a laundry room and its off the balcony so it doesn't take up room in the apartment
